Westside8155 has to be a "plant". Perhaps one of the ill-qualified, GHETTO/BARRIO "females" working in the office of that Poo-lleria. Richmond Chase apartments are deplorable. I concur with all of the reviews thus far, save the last one by

I have lived here for almost 1 yr. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The people in the office are not friendly and the maintenance is horrible. During the coldest months of the year (Dec., Jan., and Feb.) I was without heat. I contacted the office 6 times about the heater not working before they finally sent someone out. They told me that they needed a piece that took them over a month to get. My dishwasher was old and rusty when I moved in. They said they would replace it but it has not happened. When you try and speak with the office concerning matters, the only thing they have to say is some smart sarcastic remark. 90% of the time, there is no security nor is there a security officer on the premises. The exercise room is always filled with people from the streets either changing clothes or using the restrooms. I have had personal items stolen from me twice within 2 weeks while living there.I would not recommend these apartments to a dog let alone any human being. It doesn't deserve a rating but in order to post this I have to give it something.

Pros: l roof over your head

Cons: no parking, no security, no maintenance

Where should I start? \r
-Rent is high for the condition of the apartments. Not bad to start off, but raised $50 dollars per lease extension.\r
-The ""security"" is lax at best...no code to enter gate, instead they have a ""guard"" open it for you. They open it for anyone, anytime, and they were wide open for many hours a day. Constantly had people walking in and out all the time. Very poor lighting...we jokingly refered to the path going to my apt. as ""r@pe alley"" as it was not lit at all.\r
-Watch your step walking in any grass area...the management does not inforce any pet rules. The place is a minefield of dog feces.\r
-Horrible maintainence...and that's giving them some credit. My upstairs toilet was leaking from before I moved in and had rotted the wood around the toilet, making it unusable. Told the office about it many times. Took SIX MONTHS to repair!!! And even then, it was sloppily fixed. My dishwasher was down for over a year when I moved out...told them about it for several months but, finally gave up. The AC went out for a while, opened the access door to see I could see any minor issues. Found that all wiring was uninsulated and a wire had shorted and burned back to the junction box. No way it was in code. Of course they would fix the blinds the next day if my cat damaged them...for a $50 fee.\r
-Speaking of fees...the management here likes to make up new ones arbitrarily if they don't like your complaints. $1 per cigarette butt in front my gate...even though it was a public area and both my neighbors smoked. $100 dollars when I left a bag of trash on my porch over night to take to the dumpster the next morning. None of this was in the lease.\r
-Uncaring management staff...you are just a dollar sign to them.

Close to everything, work and play. Good rent prices and nice staff. Been here 4 years. Plan to renew for another year.

Pros: evening gate attendants, well lit, good parking

Cons: older place... but that's what you get if you want cheaper rent. I'm okay with that.
