Pep Boys

A very unprofessional serivice had to replace parts that were installed also the clerk did not notify me when my vehicle was ready, therefor causing me to lose wages from my job. Contacted the headquarters and eventually got a refund. Will shop around, this is not indicative of all Pep Boys. Another Pep Boys replaced the parts for me & a free diagnostic.

Courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the service at this location. The technicians are knowledgeable (as they should be) and informative. I would highly recommend.
