I built a 2350sf house in 2010-2011 and acted as the general contractor on the project. Dave

i took off work 2 times and they did not show up for my appointment. the guy that came out wired a new thermostat backwards and when i got home at the end of the day it was 108 degrees in my house, my heater had ran all day in the middle of july, what did that ruin i won't find out about for days or months to come. owner came out said it just wasn't efficient and that he would turn it in as warranty and call me back on monday to let me know what the warranty company said. 4 days later still no call. i called and he still didn't call me back. had his secretary do it. they have been here 3 times and it still doesn't cool! now i have to start all over.

I had Jason come out to fix a problem with the A/C that they had installed. Charged me $250.00 for warranty work and then I did not use the a/c for two weeks. Turned on and no cold air. When I asked for an explanation to the charges Jason's reply was well do you want the part installed or not I can always leave. Not only is the service poor the customer service is worst. I am having someone else come out today that I know will do a through job for half the cost. Consumer beware of this company.

No shows, and when they did they did the wrong thing. The work had to be torn out and redone.

DO NOT USE! THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG PART CAUSING $3000 WORTH OF DAMAGE TO OUR HOUSE. DAVE SAID HE WOULD FIX EVERYTHING BUT HE WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALLS.
