This is the most incompetent business. After 10 calls and finally someone telling me they would sent me my booklet for 2013, which as of Feb 12 they have not. I dont get call back , mail,,NOTHING! Goodwin Mang... down right pathetic I

I have never met a more inept group in my life. They have no direct phone number. They can not understand simple requests. I am doing all I can to remove them from my HHOA.

This is a horrible company, very dishonest. They refuse to earn the money they collect for HOA management services. Instead they only want to blame others when the job is not being done. Beware.....do not hire this company unless you

Gosh, Goodwin Management seems be nothing more than a property pimp. Once they have their money, you're done as a customer. If you are remotely considering using them to manage your neighborhood or home, keep looking. This review is not

Most people just complain about their hoa and their manager, landscaper, pool company, etc. and don't ever get involved, they just complain.

We hired Goodwin and we have had our share of complaints, but their service is spot on. They meet people head-on that don't cut their yards or park boats in their driveways or have barking dogs, and they don't dodge the calls. Our inspector gives everyone that he send a letter to his cell number and email.

Accounting is very good and they don't nickel and dime us like the prior company was doing - we were getting billed like $400 a month for copies, key tags, phone calls, coordination fees, and this and that and this and that. I think Goodwin has been charging us about $75 a month for copies, so we save a ton just by not being charged for everything under the sun.

The other thing is that the owners are local and you can talk to them about anything that you think you need a second opinion on.

I thought I had a problem in our new hoa because our last experience with another hoa management company was just horrible. In our new hoa managed by Goodwin Management, we were delayed moving in after closing, so I didn't get the first 2 hoa payments made on time. When I talked to the manager she was easy to contact, understood the problem. and there were no late fees added. Goodwin is a HUGE improvement over what we had to deal with before. They make us feel good about being part of our hoa.
