Beautiful dreeses, ok service

by Jillian D. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,321

Well, I loved my dress, but one of the ladies was so mean I left crying my eyes out because they had promised me they could do my alterations before the wedding and then when it came in they had no room. So I went over to the mesquite location who did my alterations for the reception and she made it so complicated that I was unable to even use it, so I paid 200 dollars for alterations that I could not use, but I just used one of the loops she made it to pin it to a button for the reception and that worked out...

Bride To Be

by Rachel T. | insider Insider | Rank: 17,487

I got my wedding dress, veil, head piece and flower girl dress here. I am VERY pleased with all purchased. Fortunately they were running a great deal when I purchased all my items. So the prices were extremely reasonable considering everything "wedding" seems to be expensive!! The staff were all very helpful.

The only problem I had with them directly was getting my head piece on time. I ordered the piece over 1 month from when I would need it for the portrait. After waiting about 6 weeks, they told me it would be in about 1 month prior to my wedding, that's 2.5 months after ordering it. Eventually it worked out after getting really upset.

The second complaint I have doesn't go directly to them, but to the tailor they use. First of all, my dress was altered perfectly so no complaint there. However, after taking my dress home I noticed a 5 inch long pen mark going down the side of my dress. Because it had left their store there's NOTHING they could do about it. Also, I had to get my slip altered because it was too long. When I came back in for the second alteration... my slip didn't come with my dress. They had "misplaced" my slip. I had to wait several weeks to get it.

Thankfully everything has worked out. I found a cleaners that got the ink mark out. I got my head piece on time. They found my slip. But Oh My Gosh it was stressful!!!
