An earlier patron commented that the chicken they were served was too raw. In many parts of the world, people eat and enjoy raw chicken. The fine quality of this restaurant's food should not be disparaged by an American-centric taste for chicken that is cooked.
Customers be polite! Gracefully advise the server that you enjoy world tastes in food, and that you prefer your chicken not raw, but cooked so no pink-color chicken-meat remains inside the food you receive on your plate.
Within the spacious dining area pleasantly adorned with rustic wood siding and early farm tools, other private booths send quietly and warmly the phrase "no cold, pink-color chicken-meat". Experienced, favored locals preceed this request with a polite comment to the pleasant staff that conveys admiration for the tavern and the tavern's support of the world's diverse styles of food preparation.
Act with dignity. Enjoy the good food.
