One reviewer said that the stylist was cocky, but they have every right to be at this place. I actually found them to be very friendly, but also very dedicated to their work - which is what I want in a salon! They do hair flawlessly and specialize in color. The owner is also a Redken Color Educator which filters down into high demands on her team to produce beautiful hair. This salon is ahead of the game as far as new styles and techniques. A strange location for a salon of this calibur in downtown Springfield, but it is right off the highway and there is plenty of street parking as well as parking available at McDonald's next door. It is not in a rough section of town. The salon itself is very funky inside. I enjoyed my wine while waiting for my color to set. They are pricier than your average corner salon, but you get what you pay for. Go here if you are feeling in a slump for a totally new look. The sylists consult with you and give you the best haircut. color and style for your particular look. They don't mess around here and strive for perfectionism.
