4 Stars: Beautiful & Relaxing Spa Environment (by Carolyn R.)

The Spa at the Intercontinental is brand new. The treatment rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. The common areas are a bit small, but it doesn't take away from the experience. The gym definitely needs more equipment, but the indoor pool is amazing. It is expensive. I would try the spa for yourself and see if you like it -- makes for a great gift.

4 Stars: A welcome addition to the city's luxury hotel scene. (by bostonoffice)

The IC is doing things the right way. Top-level service, and other than the chilly winds off the water, it's a great location. Maybe the nicest pool and gym I've seen in a Boston hotel -- I didn't want to leave.
