.This has to be the worst place to buy a car . Rude desk manager thinks he is the smartest person around .He is just a lier and a bull SH . promis you the world but once you owne the car Its screew you ,For real the worst place.I Did business with he screams at a women then trys to turn it on her Big Big man buyer beware of this place .they should change the name to THE RIP OFF GROUP

I had recently purchased a 2009 BMW 535xi from the Highline Group and have been very satisfied. I did my research based on mileage of vehicle and price and found Highline to have the lowest price and lowest mileage of any of the dealerships in the greater Boston area. Upon arriving at the Highline Group I found the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the BMW. They answered all my questions and gave me a fantastic interest rate. I felt extremely comfortable purchasing a car from this establishment and would recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you Highline.

I would recomend High-Line to anyone who is looking for true professionals who will go out of their way to offer you great cars and excellent service. My old car was totaled in an accident and I happened to go into High-Line because they are right down the street from my home. I had money to put down but my credit was much less then perfect and Evan spent all day with me finding me financing and a payment I could afford and put me in a very nice 2002 Infiniti G20. Three years later I have had no problems with my car and am very happy with my purchase. I recommended High-Line to a friend of mine and she also purchased a car two years ago and her car as well has never had an issue. Next time I am in the market I would not hesitate to give them my business again!!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone at High-Line Group Motorsports. The negative reviews on here are astounding, but as we know, some people are just impossible to please! The High-Line staff has always been overly accommodating and exceeded my expectations regarding both sales and service (and I??m not an easy one to please). High-Line provides quality service at a fraction of the price. My experience with High-Line surpassed my experience with BMW. The service department went above and beyond, corrected errors that were made by the car manufacturers service department and didn??t try to make any unnecessary repairs. The staff at High-Line was also willing to spend time with me and explain repairs in detail to ensure customer satisfaction. I could not have asked for a better experience. Very professional and obliging in every way!!

Deceptive business practices!! They lied about the carfax history of a car I purchased from them. They *swore* the carfax was wrong - a human clerical error they claimed. I should've followed my instincts, but I really needed a car. I purchased the car on Monday 1/24/11. I had it inspected by three different auto repair shops, ALL of whom said the car had been in a catastrophic accident and that the entire front end had been completely replaced. On Friday, 1/28/11 the owner, Charles Fotopoulos, told me he would take the car back if I was not completely happy and refund my $3000.00 deposit. When I called on 1/31/11 and said I wanted to return the car, Mr Fotopoulos screamed at me, verbally abused me, and threated me with arrest and prosecution if I showed up on their premises. Do NOT do business with these disreputable people.

Sounds like the ownership wrote their own reviews. My first experience with highline motor group was when they were at their old place on Chelmsford St in Lowell. They sold me my first new car, or at least my first old new car, but still they certified it and said they would give me a warranty and that the car was flawless (it was 2002 and the car was $9000). I had the car for two months and the transmission went! I went back to them and they said "we're sorry". Not to mention the car had problems within the first month and they pulled the "that's not covered on the warranty (o2 sensor, and broken traction control) ! Now this last month my remnants bought a car from them, and they have pulled the same thing. My tenants bought a vehicle from them that failed inspection because the frame had been unsafely welded, so the vehicle is virtually useless yet it cost $7999. They went within the warranty time and they said oh don't worry about it, we'll take care of it. Anyway to make a long story short when the 30 days were up, the tune changed and now they say "sorry, your out of the warranty". Scumbags! Don't buy from highline!!!!

I just bought an S500 at High-Line. These guys are professional in every detail. The cars are exquisite and priced reasonable. No sales pitches, no hidden agendas, no surprises- a very comfortable relaxed experience. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will not be disappointed!

Bought a car that I love, had it (and my second one too) serviced many times, and have had nothing but excellent experience at Highline Motor Group. They were helpful, no-pressure, and generous with my test drives, even giving me chances to check out things above my price range to compare so that I knew my choice was right for me. (And it is!) They pick me up and drop me off when I'm having my cars serviced, and are happy to offer opinions on things like tires, accessories and such without doing anything more than offering to order me stuff at cost from the manufacturer when I can't get it anywhere else. (I've indulged them for a car cover so far). The service area is amazing--immaculate, well-organized and efficient--and I have nothing but good things to say about my expreience.
