I have been a member of this Costco since maybe a year or two after it opened. In all those many years I have never had one negative experience; quite the contrary.

All the personnel with whom I have had contact with have been extremely polite & helpful.

Their prices are very competitive, and often the item you buy there will have a little something extra thrown in with the package that you would not get at a conventional retail outlet - at no extra charge.

Over the years we have had a few items which did not live up to our expectations - no problem, they took them back asking only why for filling out the return slip - even a year after the item was purchased. Last year we purchased a dining table set. Recently we were troubled when we found that the top has been easily chipping; a rep we spoke with at the store did not ask if we still had a receipt or packaging, he just said bring it back.

My wife bought a juicer at Costco. Most folks buy them, use them a month or two then forget about it. But she never let up, in a year and a half's time she went through three of them - Costco took them back - the first without even the box or receipt. They have a record of all your accounts purchases - even the register you used when you bought it.

Sadly some people have taken advantage of this policy and Costco has had to limit the return time on many electronics to 90 days - but each item we have purchased had double the normal warranty.

Costco is our first choice whenever we are looking to purchase anything. We have found most of the items to be of very good quality; they would have to be to keep up their return policy. It is comforting to know in the back of your mind when you are debating about purchasing a item that the vendor is on your side and will take it back if you are not satisfied.

They are a great company and this is a great location.

Pros: employees, value, quality.

Cons: it would be nice if they accepted other credit cards, but this helps keep costs down - as well as making sure you dont go too over budget!
