The course itself, service, driving range, and all the amenities are good. The reason for the poor review is that I had my entire golf bag stolen from the bag drop rack this past weekend. When I made a police report with the Plymouth police department, the responding sergeant mentioned that this was not the first time that theft has happened at Pinehills Golf Club. Management said that since they had signs saying that all bags left on the rack are at the risk of the golfer, they bear no responsibility. Nonetheless, the fact that the caddies leave the golf bag on the rack after cleaning and the fact that golf bags are not allowed into the bathroom and dining area means that unless you immediately take your bag to your car after the caddies clean them, you risk your bag being stolen. In my mind, the signs were put up after previous theft incidents to allow the golf course to escape responsibility. Furthermore, there are no surveillance camera installed in the rack area, so even the police cannot do anything about the stolen golf clubs. Not very smart management, given that theft has occurred in the past.

Again, the course itself is fine, and the golf experience is good on its own, but watch your bags very closely. The theft really ruined my experience at Pinehills.

Pros: Golf course itself, the driving range, and the restaurant.

Cons: When your golf bag is stolen, managemenet does not care.

MY only conditional complaint, if you don't mind.Played both Pinehills and adjacent Nicholas course.
Layout, design, greens all top shelf, but that top shelf must be paid for, and guess who will be subsidizing that. You.
The 19th hole allows you to take a mortgage on your house to pay what is a "normal" course of fare for a finnishing foursome.
The tourists (Plymouth being America's hometown),and there are many, don't know any better or don't care because they're tourists.
The average joe is not going to get the shirt/cap/momento and then have money at the turn for refreshment or to drive a bucket of balls.
$$ DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT.

Myrtle Beach quality golf course in Plymouth, MA. Price is high for the area, but worth the added expense. Many breathtaking holes. Good challenge for all handicaps.
