At-Home Hypnotherapy

I received a hypnosis CD for the relief of fear and anxiety from "At-Home Hypnotherapy". I used it as it was directed 4-6 times a week... I had gotten to the point of getting severely anxious over almost anything and I didn't know why or how to stop it. I found the CD to be extremely helpful. I had to make time for myself -not long 30 min. or so... the CD was able to assist me to relax and the suggestions were simple and soothing. I used the CD so much I wore it out! But I also feel SO much better. I am able to turn the anxiety off or at least calm myself down and not let myself get worked up. I was able to see a direct correlation between using the CD and getting over my anxiety. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.
