Clog Specialists

We called this comapany upon the advice of our regular plumber who said we had blockage from a tree root. He advised us to schedule an appointment rather than call as an emergency to avoid the extra charge for an emergency call. When we called the Clog Specialist, the guy who answered kept trying to suggest he come on an emergency call, but as it was not an emergency, we scheduled an appointment instead. On the day of the appointment he was a no-show, and I called him after 90 minutes of waiting for him. When he answered he said he "just forgot and had no excuse", nor did he have an apology. He asked if he could come out the next day and I said there would be no one home. I said I was thinking of calling someone else and he stated.."I was thinking the same thing" and he hung up on me. Now, after reading these reviews, I am so relieved I never let this scumbag into my home. STAY AWAY.

This company have charged me way more than double, damaged my property and did not perform work. Dan the owner is a liar & will take your hard earned money without any sympathy for work he hasn't done OR charge you the max & have one of his un-knowledgable employee to do the work. This man has been getting away with it so therefor he's still in business to do this, now as of last year since he passed the exam he's licensed to RIP YOU OFF. Call the Attorney General's office & Mass licensing board if he has done it to you. Let them know your personal experience with this company. I did.

After several failed attempts at getting plumbers to unclog a difficult drain, I hired The Clog Specialist on 8/10/2009. Not only did The Clog Specialist have all the right equipment, but he was also very professional and showed up on time. It only took him a couple of hours to unclog the drain. I was very pleased with the job performed. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends & family.
