Mr. Grill, LLC

I was so distraught with my grill, didn't even want to touch it. Saw Mr. Grill's web site and decided to give it a shot. Am I glad I did. Chris scrapped, brushed and power washed all tha charred drippings and baked on carbon, changed my tank, adjusted my flame and installed a new spark starter. It's such a pleasure to grill again. Thanks Chris!

We called Mr. Grill because we had too much charred on BBQ sauce and chicken drippings, and not enough working burners. Blech, no fun. Rather than spending 3 hours up to our elbows in grill cleaner, we called Mr. Grill whose professional grill cleaning tools and experience meant he did a better job in an hour than we could have in three. He fixed our burner that had been shooting flames out the front of our grill, threatening to melt the burner controller, and charged us slightly less than his advertised price because our grill "wasn't that bad". Um, right... what do these grills LOOK like that this poor guy cleans? Our grill was pretty caked on. He was personable, showed me what had been wrong with our grill burner (spiders clogging the gas lines, could that be more disgusting?) and did a thorough job. We'll definitely call him next year, especially since he can trouble-shoot burner problems as well as completely taking the grill apart and cleaning each piece individually.

Pros: Fast, efficient, called when he was running late.

Phenominal service, exceeded only by the fabulously like-new restoration of our gummey, grimey grill. Our barbecue went from an embarrassment to an embelishment! The owner, Chris, arrived prompty at the appointed time. He completed the safety checkup and complete cleaning. Replaced our old propane tank with a new full tank. And then, proudly, provided snap shots of the sparkling clean grill.
It was a completely satisfying experience!
