Was quoted a price for crowns and bridge, but when I went to pay (in full), it was an additional $800. I "did not" receive a printout of the quote at my previous visit, but was told verbally. Needless to say, I did not have the bridge work done due to the additional cost, and just had the 2 crowns. I was disappointed that I couldn't have the bridge done, but the doctor and staff are wonderful.

This is the first time in 49 years I can say I don't mind going to the dentist!! Everyone there is soo nice. The offices are neat and clean. I have already sent a couple of people there with more to come!!

Very professional and clean atmosphere. I love the fact the my kids will be able to walk here on their own and that Gentle Dental provides a variety of services and has convenient hours.

I have always had a great experience at Gentle Dental. I started going to them two years ago when I had a major toothache. They are open on Saturdays, which is a major bonus for me and my schedule. The receptionist is super nice and they are very accomodating. Always a Pleasent experience.

I had really bad experiences with different Dentist thoughout CA wherre I grew up, but someone suggested Gentle Dental to me and from my first visit I became a van.
I know it sounds cheesy, but I like going to my dentist because everyone from Michelle (office manager) to Pam to Kelly, and Malika and of course all the dentists, everyone is so nice.

I would definitely tell all my family and friends to come here. I have had root canals, crown lengthenings, and cavities filled and everyone is so patient with my questions and so comforting when I am not liking the pain.

I now drive over one hour to go to my dentist b/c even after moving to Central MA and working in Boston, I don't want to try to find another dentist office when I know I have people who know my teeth and care about who I am as a person.

Seriously everyone go to GENTLE Dental Beverly and see for yourself.

i moved from beverly over a year ago to malden and I still drive all the way up to beverly for my appointments. they are so friendly and gentle. the doctor pulled my wisdom teeth and it was not as terrible an experience as it probably would have been anywhere else. my boyfreind lives in vermont and now I take him to the beverly branch too!

I appreciate their kindness and the attention to a patients needs. They were very friendly and scrupulous in their recommendations in that they did not recommend services or procedures that would not be to MY benefit. Very trustworthy!

The Pricing is very competitive. I was treated with concern and courtesy not like just a number. All of the procedures were fully explained. This has been about the very best dental experience that I have ever had.

I have seen Dr. Malmquist and think he is GREAT! He is so nice and took time explaining everything to me. My teeth look beautiful and I cannot thank him enough!

The staff is also very welcoming and nice, Michelle and Kelly are awesome!!!

Grrr!!! While I really do appreciate the care and gentle way they treated this dentaphobe? I am EXTREMELY unhappy with my permanent crown! Today is the second time it's come off!!! My temporary crown came off three times!

As a former "dentaphobe", I got over my fear and actually looked forward to my appointments with Dr. Malmquist. My teeth were in rough shape and discolored. After fixing the other problems, I had porcelin crowns put on all of my teeth. They are more beautiful than I ever could have expected! Dr. Malmquist gave me the ability to smile - all the time! My self esteem has sky-rocketed! The patience, gental nature and skill of Dr. Malmquist has given me a new lease on life. I can't stress enough how wonderful and caring he is. HIs skill is more than I could ever have hoped for. From the office staff to the assistants, I was always treated with kindness. Thank you Dr. Malmquist - you have truly changed my life. I'm forever grateful.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Malmquist and the Beverly office of Gentle Dental.

I have had some dental concerns and have seen Dr. Malmquist, my dental care provider, Dr Slesnick and Dr. Cohli. All have been very professional, easy to talk to and a wealth of information. I feel I have had good dentist in the past but never before have I had this degree of information. I have been very pleased with my dental care.

When I first started with Gentle Dental I went to the Peabody location and that is where I met Dr. Malmquist. It was an emergency and I didn't really like to go to the dentist in the first place, he made me feel totally relaxed right from the start. Well, he really lived up to the "Gentle Dental" experience. He is kind, gentle, and calming. He has a real understanding of the different kind of patients there are and their special needs. His staff is great and very helpful, you are made to feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the reception area. The additional dentists I have encountered were excellent as well.

I had a filling done today and he had it done before the end of just one song. I was out in five minutes and on my way to enjoy my weekend. Thanks Beverly Gentle Dental I really appreciate the great service.

I highly recommend BEVERLY GENTLE DENTAL.

My Son,who knows his dad,recommended Gentle Dental. Taking advice from your son doesn't always turn out right to say the least. In this case however he was right on the money. I made an appointment and kept it to my surprise. That's when I first came in contact with Michelle. She assured me that this was a great place and the dentists are really good. Well I met with Dr. Malmquist and all my fears subsided. He turned out to be what other dentist,in my past anyway,should be like. Even the dental asst. Malika and Idaliz made me feel at ease. My wife and I are now patients of Gentle Dental and I wouldn't have it any other way. I thank my son for his advice and the people of this Gentle Dental Office.

I stopped going to the dentist for several years after some bad experiences left me petrified. Someone recommended GD in Beverly when I had an emergency, and even as a new patient, they got me in right away. I have been seeing them (a lot) for just over a year now and they have always been able to get me in any time of day. All of the staff has been great and they have all helped take away my fear of going to the dentist. Their prices are fair, the service is great & the hours leave no excuse not to go. Also, they have specialists who come to the office instead of me having to go to them. I even had a tooth extraction on my lunch break and was able to go right back to work. They work with all ages so now my whole family goes to Gentle Dental. We didn't even have to wait 6 months for a weekend appointment for a routine cleaning. I would & do recommend Gentle Dental to everyone.

I was really nervous before seeing Dr. Malmquist and didn't think I could have my work done without sedation. He put me at ease right away and now all my work is done! I can't say enough about how nice he is and what a great dentist he is. Thanks!

I was really nervous about going the dentist, but Dr. Malmquist's staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Everyone from the assistants to the front office put me at ease, and I had a very enjoyable experience! I would recommend Gentle Dental to anyone who actually wants a GREAT experience at the dentist!

Gentle Dental had great customer service once I arrived for my appointment,The employees were as pleasant as they could be. They explained my coverage and helped me with my needs. I had my work done with Dr Malmquist who was absolutely great:) He was very nice and precise. I would recommend this office to whoever is looking for a dentist:)

I've been a patient at Gentle Dental Beverly since they opened a few years ago and have been more then pleased with the care I've gotten. I've had a few cavities filled, regular cleanings, and a root planing and scaling which is a procedure I'd never heard of but has greatly helped reduce my bleeding gums. If your gums have bled in the past, check out this procedure, it's helped me for sure.

Thumbs up to the front desk for making check out a breeze. I have no idea what my insurance covers or doesn't cover... thank goodness the front desk staff does!!
