Everything that was said on the first review is absolutely true. I only wish I had read it before I brought my dog there. I dropped my dog off at 2, and told them I wanted to deluxe ($56), and wanted everything shaved one length except hi ears. When I was called to come pick him up I was shocked at what I saw. There were chunks of long hair all over him. The top of his back was noticeably longer than the rest of his hair; his chest had an odd W shape shaved out, and his legs were left long in certain places. I had never seen anything like this, and was embarrassed that he lady actually would charge me 56 dollars for it. It got me thinking if they did such a noticeably horrible job on his hair cut did they even clean his ears and teeth? Although, his nails were shortened. The best part is when I walked in to get him she was shaving another dog while talking to me (not looking at what she was doing) and the dog squealed as if she may have hurt him, and she rolled her eyes and continued talking to me. That didn't sit well with me, especially because I thought I was dropping him off with someone who loves animals just as much as me. I would suggest you absolutely not go here, and maybe check around for a place with a better review.

Paid to have my dog groomed with the works - shampoo, teeth cleaning, nail clipping, fruity smelling shampoo, conditioner, eye cleaning, ear clipping, haircut with a bow to top it all off - $56.00 - I dropped her off in her crate on a Saturday. A few hours later, they called and said she was ready. They handed her to me and the one thing I immediately noticed was that the shop was an absolute disaster - dog hair everywhere - even collecting around our feet!! She was wearing a leash which I do not put on my Yorkie as they experience gag reflexes with things around their necks - I told the woman that she came in a crate and was not wearing a leash. She said they had no crate - I suggested she go back and find the crate with a dog in it and that would probably be the dog that actually belongs to the leash. She came back out with my crate and I gave her back the leash. We went home and I noticed that my dog was still chewing at her nails which were overly long when I dropped her off and I found they were still the same length. Then I noticed that she had no bow and I began to wonder if she got the deluxe treatment at all or if I was just charged for it. There was only the faintest smell of strawberry lemonade shampoo on her - turns out its a perfume they admitted wears off quickly. I called the manager and corporate customer service and they took "notes", told me to come back in and they would redo her nails for free (hadn't I already paid for the service??), promised to pass my experience on to the general manager of the Wareham store but haven't heard anything from anyone - you'd think especially being a new store - they would be on the top of their customer service game - no one cared that I had been inconvenienced - driving with the price of gas TWICE to the store. I should think at least an offer of a grooming coupon, partial refund of my money back - something !! - to show they care about their customers. Evidently, they only care about your money.
