Besides being overpriced, they're the most incompetent and minipulative company that I have ever had to deal with (not just limo companies). I was quoted a price of $70/hr for two 10-person limos. I had originally asked for an email with the quoted price on it to avoid any mixups and just to have it in writing. After four phone calls and no email, I talked to the owner who faxed me a price that was inconsistent and HIGHER than the other quoted price. I ended up in a situation that I either had to cancel my reservation and find another company or bite the bullet. I called Special Occasion Limousine from Plymouth, MA and explained my situation. They not only had the availability, but actually met the $70/hr price that I was quoted from the lousy and unreliable Kon. I hate to write the "badmouthing" type emails, but this company is AWFUL. The bad service and "go F yourself" attitude starts from the top of this company and trickles down. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
