I bought a 2003 PT Cruiser from them 2 years ago and I have had nothing but problems with the car. I used to take it for service at the Brockton location but switched due to the sneaky, substance abuse presence of one employee who worked on the cars. 2 years later I returned after hearing that most of the personnel was transferred over to the Canton location they opened, but to my surprise the person who I suspected of substance abuse and manipulation was still there. The person diagnosed my car with having a dropped engine, and needed rear shocks, and it would be an 8 hour job. The cost $940.00. So on Monday I took at 11:45 p.m. with expectation to get it the next day on Tuesday about 5:00 p.m. It was about 3:00 p.m. and I did not hear from them at all. I called and the reception who informed me that the car was not ready and will not be until the next day. The next day comes the car still was not ready until 5:00 p.m. that day. I went around 4:45 p.m. since I did not hear from them to get the car. The car was ready and I paid the money. As I was driving it was running good, but I noticed that on the left side it felt that something was holding the car up. I drove it and when I got home I began to hear a crunching noise. The next day I called and reported what I heard. They informed me to bring it in on Monday to have it be seen. Over the weekend I had class and had to call AAA to get a jump due to the car would not start. On Sunday, I had a fellow student give me a jump because the car would not start. Apparently, now it was because NOW the multi-function switch was bad and need to be replaced. Replacement was done and in the cost of $176.00. Now since the multi-function is done NOW the engine light has appeared and NOW the signals do not work even though the multi-function switch was replaced. I am afraid to take it back because they may come up with something else. The engine job which needed the mounts replaced on them took them 2.6 days to complete the job and still I was having problems with the car after the completion. LET'S STOP THIS !
