decent cleaning

Albany Rug (aka Adams & Swett Rug Cleaning) did the carpets at my mom's. I was so impressed with their service, I called them in to clean the carpets in one of my rentals. They did a decent cleaning but didn't want to move any furniture until I agreed to an additional fee.
