absolutely love uni chicken. I usually get it with the noodles and vegetables. they literally stop you in your tracks to give you a sample. makes you want to get some to eat

UMI of Japan is in the food court at the square one mall in Saugus. I have ordered the orange chicken here and it was pretty good for food court food.
