.

I was referred to Dr. Esbah for a frenectomy. I was very nervous, but Dr. Esbah and staff made me feel very comfortable. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable. I would definately recommend Dr. Esbah to anyone who has oral surgery needs. Very friendly and professional.

.

I had two molars extracted and was understandably upset. Dr. Esbah was working on five other patients both times I saw him and literally took about 10 minutes with me to pull out the teeth. Now, I'm no baby, but the pain was excruciating after as the second molar had yet to go and an impacted wisdom tooth was pressing down on it. I did ask for an increase in pain medication as the 5mg of oxycodone that was prescribed was not making a dent in the pain. He told me that he had give me "12 pills over 10 tens days" and that it should be enough. I suffered greatly with this. I had the second out today (since he could not schedule it until then) and I overheard the elder nurses' aide say "Oh, there's the wimp" about me. I was so frightened and it turns out I had good reason. While the second molar was extracted, Dr. Esbah cut a good part of the gum of the tooth in front of it. Oh, and as for the pain medication - though I explained for the second time that it was not adequately addressing the pain and I had tried all the other suggestions made, he "yesed" me to death, left the room, and prescribed exactly the same thing. I would not send a dog to this facility - I felt completely alone and although I don't need my hand held, I do expect some degree of compassion or at least professionalism. I received neither.
