.

I've heard MANY people complain about this establishment and they have every right too. I use to frequent this place two years ago right around the time they first opened. It was fun and had a fun environment to it. It SLOWLY started to go downhill from then on. They USE to have a great DJ, who eventually quit to do better gigs elsewhere (who could blame him, he was in the middle of SUBURBIA) and ever since he left it just hasnt been the same. Each time I go it's a different DJ and so far ALL of them are HORRIBLE. They either can't mix the songs well and end up chopping them up horribly, or they play just GOD awful songs that NO one wants to dance to.My situation in January started off in which I bought a couple of drinks from the upstairs bar with my card, which I left open because they required a MINIMUM. I have a tendency to forget my cards NOT because I'm drunk, but just for the sheer fact that I have horrible memory. The next morning I woke up and realize I'd forgotten my card. I immediately called them and they informed me that no one was there to open the safe until the NEXT day to get it out. OK... fine. I call the next day to ensure someone will be there. They tell me they should be open at 4 and I could swing by and get it then, and that it'll be taken out of the safe so I can pick it up. I go by about 5 and the chick bartender tells me there's no cards in her drawer, and that she has no access to the safe. At this point I'm just PURE frustrated and start 2 storm out because this is becoming a HASSLE to get my card back. As I'm walking out the door she screams at me "MAYBE IF YOU WEREN'T DRUNK YOU WOULDN"T FORGET YOUR CARD"..... I could NOT believe the audacity of this chick to say this to a patron! (and what a BOLD assumption of someone she doesn't know) . When I finally get there at TEN pm that night and deal with the OWNER/MANAGER he gets on MY case and tells me that it's ILLEGAL to walk out on a tab!!!! I didn't WALK! I forgot my CARD! HORRIBLE PLACE!!

Pros: only dancing anywhere close to saint charles

Cons: staff is rude, owner is ALWAYS drunk on the premises and thinks he's GOD, bouncers are jerks, no one is friendly. They think they rule the world.
