Dunkin' Donuts

I am a consumer who has been given poor customer services at Dunkin Donuts. I was over charged for a purchase and was not given a return for monies spent. I was informed I could not recieve a refund because it was to late. After the purchase is made no monies can be returned, this was told to me by the manager of the store (maria). This is a bad place for customer service and a place that cheats the consumer out of their hard earned cash.
