I absolutely wouldnt mind using Empire Limo again. I reserved a mini bus not too long ago, this was for a corporate event in Chicago, and the service was tremendously great! The driver was well-mannered, the bus was clean The day was perfect. Plus the bus was comfortable, appropriate for the occasion, and it was very affordable!!

I needed to take a bunch of people out for a sales entertainment night. I called these guys and they picked us up in a Hummer limo. It was awesome! Everyone still talks about it when I see them or email them. We like to impress clients with non-traditional style that they remember.

We used Empire, when I and my co-workers came to Chicago for business. The driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign,the limo was a very nice and clean Stretch Limo. The costumer service was friendly and professional. I have been using Empire Limo ever since. Great Customer service and instant reservation service makes me not worry about the rest of service for my special events,i cant really afford to worry about my limo company,that is why Empire Limo is my choice always.
I highly recommend them.

I recently booked a limo from Empire for a surprise anniversary night out with my wife. The entire experience from the initial phone call to make the reservation to the final drop off was fabulous. The customer service agent was very helpful in planning the night with me. She made sure that it would stay a surprise to my wife. The driver was dressed very nice and the limo came stocked. He took us everywhere I wanted to go. I am very pleased with the service I received from Empire Limousine.

By far the best limo company in Chicago. The car that arrived at our home to pick us up for dinner was very clean and well detailed Our driver looked very clean and neat in his suit and tie. We were informed by the driver that the car was not even 4 months old. Another nice thing about this company is that their policy is to arrive ten minutes early which is nice when you are running around trying to get ready for a night on the town the last thing you want to worry about is where the car is. We are so impressed with the professionalism that this company offers that we will be using them for our daughters homecoming and prom nights. Empire Limo Service is also one of the best limo company recommended by their clients on city search List that was very important to us when we booked empire.

very organized company,great customer service.Well put together.After reviewing empire website i called to get more info on reserving a party bus for our golf outing.I booked a limo bus after experiencing a friendly and professional customer service approach.They provided good service,we all had fun and we encountered no surprises.Highly recommend it to anyone who can not afford to deal with a poor service.Thank you Empire!

We booked Empire Limousine for our wedding day (city hall to hotel to restaurant) and the experience was great. Miran (the driver) was very courteous and arrived on time. The stretch limo was very comfortable and in great condition. The rate was very good. We would definitely use Empire again for special occasions.

We hired Empire Limousine at my friends bacheloratte party for 7 hours, all night long. It was the best night everrrrrrr. We were provided full bar along with soft drink and a bottle of champagne.we Loved the limousine, great sound system, TV and all.
The driver was very courteous, and gentleman.
we will certainly rent limo again next time we need limo service in Chicago land area.

we use Empire Limo whenever we need limo service in Chicago land area.They have service in Chicago land area.We love their service,nice limos and very candid company,no hidden charges.Great Customer service and instant reservation service makes me not worry about the rest of service for my special events,i cant really afford to worry about my limo company,that is why Empire Limo is my choice always.
There are a lot of limo companies in Chicago that claim to be able to provide limo service. In reality there are a few good companies out there and the rest are full of it and do not have customer service, vehicles, and operate their business from a cell phone. I have been researching companies for the past month for my wedding and I have not come across anyone as professional as Empire Limousine.
They have a newer fleet, and have helped me tremendously in booking our Rolls Royce and Limousine service.
Don't even bother calling any of the other companies out there. I did that research for you. Save your time and sanity and just call Empire.

As a mother, you try to make sure your children are safe and having fun. When I called Empire Limo, I knew this was a company I could trust. The woman I spoke with was extra nice. I reserved a party bus for last week and it was just right for the boys. I decided to cheer them up with this since I haven?t been doing much this year. I?ve been so busy at work and all. We went to some malls downtown and Navy Pier Chicago. I feel so much better, I want to do this again soon!

Some of my friends asked me to order a limo for our bachelorette party. This was last week, and I was a little shaky because it was my first time. Finally, I called Empire Limousine, and then there was nothing to worry about. I choose a party bus, which was extremely spacious, fresh, and just right for the occasion. We could stand up in it, drink in it, and play music...from the radio & my cds, I didn't want to bring my ipod because I was afraid I might end up leaving it behind, silly me. Anyway, when I first stepped inside the bus, it was spotless. I'm so glad we had a limo party bus to take us to the clubs downtown Chicago, we all had fantastic time. And the driver was very nice, many thanks to him.

I called Empire Limousine about two weeks ago for service in Chicago, and I am pleased to say that this company provides the best limo service I've encountered thus far. When I called, a representative made it extremly easy for me to choose what kind of limo would be stylish and approppiate for the occasion. I desided on a Hummer, which was quite an experience. The night went just right. And the driver was extremely polite. I couldn't ask for a better night out for a business celebration at the bars.

I needed a limo for my wedding and I'm glad I called this company, Empire Limousine. The limo was extremely comfortable and clean, the driver was on time & waited for as long as we needed. We weren't sure where exactly we were going to take pictures, but there were no worries, we decided on that day & gave the driver the locations. That day was stress-free and that is such a relief for such an important day.

Awesome Service: it was my bacheloratte party which i had no idea what type of vehicles girls arranged for us,i was expecting a van or minibus instead there was a huge black party limo bus waiting outside of our house.we had the so much fun in bus till we get to our destinations,chicago bars.OMG it was my first limo ride, I was made to feel like royalty. The service was without limit. Cheerful, friendly and made to feel at ease. Excellent service; chauffeur was very courteous,and handsome too.Would definitely recommend empir limo and the vehicle;limo bus to every bacheloratte.party girls.

I was directed to Empire via a Google search. The reviews on Google were very informative. I booked roundtrip airport service in a sedan from Empire. The meet and greet serice was freat, the driver was already at the baggage area waiting for me prior to my arrival. He escorted me to the car which was only a few feet away. This was nice because I was already tired from the flight and the long walk at ohare. The driver had nice cold beverages waiting in the car for me. wwe then proceeded to drive to my hotel downtown. The rate was very reasonable it was only $70 to go downtown and when I booked the reservation the girl who took my reservation informed me that I would receive 10% off my return trip to the airport. I found Empire to be very professional and helpful. Thank you!

I just have to say Thank You for the absolutely wonderful service and for adding that extra special touch to Our bachelor party in Chicago. From the moment I made the reservation, the receptionist was nothing but courteous, friendly and inviting. The driver was on time. Our driver, John, was friendly, professional, fun, respectful, and understanding all at the same time. Empire Limo experience kicked off our party in style.
I am telling everyone and anyone that when they travel to Chicago to call Empire Limousine and no one else. Thank you thank you thank you from a very grateful family! The only down-side is that the music selection is a little limited so you might want to bring your own mix CDs.

We used Empire limousine for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Empire came recommended from my mother-in-law as she has used them in the past. We used the Escalade for the Rehearsal dinner and the stretch limo for my wedding. Our driver Mike was great he was a pro. The bridal party was running late because of pictures running too long and Mike got us to the reception very promptly. He saved the day! Im glad I listened to my mother-in-law.

The service provided by Empire Limousine was phenominal! I had such a great experience using them. I chartered a party bus for me and my friends to use for a birthday party in Chicago. I called a few places to get rates before I called Empire and Empire had the best rates by far. For the great service and vehicle we were very satisfied. The staff is curteous and helpful and the driver was very professional. He arrived 10 minutes early and was very patient with my group as we all wanted to take tons of pictures. I highly recommend Empire Limo to any needing transportation services.

"I hired Empire Global Transportation Services to charter a motor coach bus in July for a shopping tour from media, A to Rehoboth Beach, DE with my church group. Initially i ordered a mini coach for a group of 34 people but they sent us a 55 passenger motor coach bus which was very comfortable, lot of room for our shopping bags.:)
We had a very comfortable ride and the driver was very helpful and friendly. The bus was new, and clean.
My church group left the bus with a smile; we will certainly hire Empire again for our future events. We loved Empire GTS"

I booked a stretch limo for my Bachelor party.
Brandnew limousine was waiting for us whenever we were ready to leaveto another bar.Driver was very kind,deserved extra tip.!!! Stocked bar with a bottle of champaign..

I used Empire for my October Wedding, and could not have been happier with my service!!! We had gotten a Limo party bus, because I had 18 people in my bridal party. It was the coolest thing I had ever seen! Bus on the outside lounge on the inside! Zack our driver was so nice and we loved having him be a part of our day. He was courteous and even helped my 80 year old grandma on and off the bus so she could see what it looked like inside. We are lucky she got off the bus!
The guy I talked to on the phone gave me a great rate, and was so nice. He promised everything would be perfect and he kept that promise! I even ended up booking a car to take me and my new hubby to the airport! Empire without a doubt will always have my business!
