Petco

Between my entire family and my daughters in-laws we have 6 dogs and we all shop at this petco and for good reason. They are nice, fully understanding and very knowledgable. Last year my dog Bella wasn't acting right and I thought she had fleas, the grooming salon Manager took the extra time to take Bella in and check her over. It turns out Bella had not only a very bad skin condition but also a TICK that was on her too long causing her to get sick. Courtney removed the tick for me and told me to get Bella to the vet immediatly. The vet said it saved my dogs life. She was put on meds and a special shampoo for her skin condition which Petco uses on Bella every appointment. They also refered me to a new food which is helping her digestion track. I've been to Many Petco's in my years as a dog owner But this one TRULY cares about the animals like none other. I'll always shop and groom here.

I have been a petco customer for over 4 years and I have never been more happy now that they've changed Managers in store and in grooming. Everyone is so nice and polite they all really know their stuff. They have everything and my dog actually likes going into the grooming area whereas before he would shake and whine. The new staff is smart and actually loves my dog. They see hundreds of dogs a week and still they know my dog, by name, the moment we enter. The new Manager is always on the floor whereas I never seen the other one even if I asked for one. The new salon manager always takes the time to explain everything to her customers and teach her staff something new if needed. Me and my Brit. Span. visit the salon after every dogpark visit.
