they were doing home care for my dad and never were able to say when they would be there or when they would leave and what they would do.
he has dementia so has no clue what is going on. medicare pays directly.
they have no email. no text message. no answering machine. no fax.
how the hell is this a business that cares for old dears without some form of accountability??????
It was a struggle to even get them to release our dad so an accountable group could come in and give him care. which is the most awful part of this. he needs assistance and their incompetance denied him that. even while we all( medicare is tax based so we all pay) pay for the service.
what a bunch of theives!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: pop liked the person who came in his home

Cons: no one in the entire organization was accountable or gave our elderly dad help needed to stay safely in his home
