Minimalist space goes for urban feel but doesn't really have enough style to pull it off.

Food is good, and good-looking (esp the sushi). The ceviche is awesome, as is the seared ahi tuna entree.

Individual dishes seem priced ok, but seem to add up.

But still better than the strip-mall alternatives.

I was there to take-out food and I know I don't put any tip for a small order. I noticed on my credit card bill that they charged the tip. I could just let it go but they put the tip 20% of my order. They are NOT being HONEST and I will not go back there again. i would drive little more for good food and service to Sakura on Algonquin Road!!!

After driving over 30 minutes to get there for our 8:15 reservation, we were told there was no table available. We sat in a cold waiting area for over an hour and ended up leaving because there was still no table.

Sadly, the manager wouldn't even come out of the back to talk with us. He sent his employee out to tell us that he was "too busy" to deal with us. So we had to take our business elsewhere.

I like their quality in food, but I will not put up with poor service in order to eat it. While it hurts me to think I will not be able to eat the Godzilla sushi roll again, I will NEVER return again.

A retro place in the suburbs. Young, hip Japanese chefs. I'm 60, but love the atmosphere, the excellent sushi and unique cocktails. Just wish it was open for lunch. When you get the craving for sushi and great Japanese entrees, this is the place to go. Sip on a hypnotic martini while you wait. This is my first time rating a restaurant.

Pros: Lively crowds, casual to dress attire.

Cons: Needs to open before 5 pm. Is there a website?

Every time we go there it is always fresh and great presentation. We tell everyone we know about it!
