I was in this store on 8-27-2011\r\n\r\nWhile I was there with my husband looking at phones. I had seen that a customer had an issue with his phone.\r\n\r\n The employees of the Store were not handling his phone very nicely. My husband had pointed out how they treated this gentlemans phone without any care.The man kept asking the employees to please handle his phone more careful. He had a phone that had a big camera on the back. ??? maybe an Evo 3d not sure??? They were placing his phone on the counter on the camera lense roughly.\r\n\r\nI commented to my husband that if we need any service we should take our phones to another store. We couldn't believe how the store employees handled expensive phones so wrecklessly.\r\n\r\nWe saw that the gentleman in the store was directed to a young , thin, spanish employee. The employee was very sarcastic to this poor man. The skinny spanish man kept bragging he was the manager. My husband said he looked like a gangbanger and was very turned off to how he saw the manager treating this customer . \r\n\r\nThe man had at one point said he was cancelling his phones and his account because of the manager. (my husband and I didn't blame him) .The man appeared frustrated and upset by the runaround the store was giving him. \r\n\r\nMy husband and I felt sorry for the man. We also saw the Cocky attitude by the manager and were so turned off we left this store.\r\n\r\nWe drove to Best Buy down the street and made our purchase there. We couldn""t get over how Sprint would hire such unproffessional thugs to managers of their Stores.\r\n\r\nWe wont be back to this Store. Best Buy had treated us nicely and appeared to appreciate our business.
