I would like to believe Dr.Jones is a good doctor if not best as he was recommended by my own dentist for my kids. His business downfall will be with his staffs that are very rude, sneaky and not truthful.Even the billings are questionable. I feel cheated by this business. First, we are not allowed to see how they treat the kids, only after the treatment, 2nd the are so expensive and when they send you the bill there are no list of services done, just the amount that you have to pay.

Dr. Dave is not loyal to long time patients! We have been patients since the office opened with our 3 children. Almost 10 years with this dentist. My husband lost his job and I called to see if they would accept a small fee for back to school check-up. Office manager said No way!!! We have paid thousands of dollars to them out of pocket in the last 10 years and recommened friends over the yrs. Now the give us the cold shoulder? Office front desk staff is rude too. Dr. Dave is great with children!

i hate trying to deal with his staff. they are among the
rudest people i've ever spoken to on the phone.

The doctor is quite good, but the staff is incompetent and often rude. Billing practices border on financial malpractice.

This is a wonderful place to go! My son loved it there, we moved and he still talks about it. Great doctor!! Great staff, Gorgeous office, and a fun place for the kids!
