.

I would honestly give this place -10 stars if I could. We received a coupon via val-pack in the mail back in January. Since they said they offer "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and free quotes, we decided to have them out for a bid. After an irrelevant battle of scheduling (which should have been the first sign), we finally had someone show up....almost an hour late to "bid" out apartment. She seemed mildly friendly, again, ensured us that if the cleaning was not up to standard they would return and re-clean.

The following day, we received a follow up call from their office person...and signed up to use their services on a bi-weekly basis. On the first day they were scheduled to clean, again, we experienced a scheduling problem and ended up taking the next appointment...even though we'd already made arrangements to take off work and meet the staff. The day they were rescheduled for, again, they were 40 minutes late....do I sense a pattern here?

About half way through the cleaning, I hear a CRASH! BAM!! THUD!!! SHATTER!!!!!!!!! While she was "dusting" the cleaner completely knocked off a horizontal shelf along with all of the fragile belongings OFF the wall. Let me stated, off the wall it had been screwed and studded into. How did this happen? It's beyond me, if she was "dusting" and it magically fell to the floor ripping out chunks of sheetrock from the wall with it. After no apologies, and leaving the items on the floor, the housekeepers left.

Foolish me, I allowed them to return for 6 more weeks of service. During these weeks, the service continued to decline while I made repeated phone calls to their office staff requesting they return to do basic things like windex the windows, dust the bar, or mop the kitchen floor...all things that were included on their "To-Do" list on our contract. Basic logic and common sense tells me if I pay for a list of services, and I don't receive the entire list, I shouldn't pay the full amount? Isn't that the point of a contract? Nevertheless, the cleaning staff never returned to fix the items that had not been completed. The office staff gave excuses of "next time we'll give you a full deep cleaning" or "next time we'll send a manager to supervise" or "we're not in your area for 2 more weeks, so we'll just take care of it on your next cleaning."

The final straw that broke the camel's back was when the cleaning staff showed up (when we weren't home) to pick up the check left behind, but DID NOT CLEAN. Conveniently, the office staff did not pick up the phone or return messages for 5 days! I issued a stop payment on the check, and finally get a return call! Gee! Coincidence?

Hilda, the manager of the cleaning staff stated they were not refunding money paid for services not provided, re-canting on their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" remark, and were not able to return to clean the things on their contracted list. RIP OFF!!!!!!!
