Although Wes arrived on time, he charged me $105. more than I was quoted on the phone. He also opened a bathroom faucet aerator and dropped the washer down the drain. He also banged into my door jamb with his hand cart while removing the old water heater. I chose this company because I had had a very pleasant prior experience with them and their quoted price and availabilty was the best. Too bad I didn't get the price or pleasant experience this time. Also, The internet said that I would get a 35 credit if I filled out an online review. Now it says a water alarm. I want the credit to offset the excessive charge!

Mike came on time and was very professional and informative. He quickly identified the problem and offered a solution. The price was great also and id recommend Water heaters Only to anyone looking for a new water heater. They carry the best brands and offer good warranties. They came on a sunday afternoon at no additional cost. Very pleased!

My water heater was 20 years old, and just not putting out much hot water. Bought a 75 Gallon from Water Heaters Only, Inc. When I called they came out the very next day. I was impressed with their service. The workman Micheal was professional and informed me of what needed to be done. Would purchase again, and recommend to friends and family, I found a $50 coupon on their website.

My water heater broke after 11 years. Bought again from Water Heaters Only, Inc. When I called they would come out that very same day. I was impressed with their service. The workman was professional and informed me of what needed to be done in order to keep within the construction codes in my area. Would purchase again, but I may have to wait another 10 years to do so! Also, I found a $50 coupon on their website. Customer Order #1033366
