I love this concept! I called and talked to a guy named Clint. He didn't pressure sell me or anything; just asked a lot of questions about my exercise history and goals. Then he said he'd have a trainer call me. Erica is awesome! she's helped me lose the 30 pounds I gained having my two lovely babies. I'm back into my pre-pregnancy clothes! I love how Clint keeps in touch with his newsletter. I look forward to every issue, because there's always so much good information. When Erica was off on a vacation, Clint made it a point to fit me into his busy schedule, and we had some great sessions too. A couple other times, he set me up with other trainers, and they were all good too. I recently dropped in on one of Clint's "Boot Camp" sessions, and it was the most fun workout I ever had. I wish it fit into my schedule to go there all the time, but it normally overlaps with work ;( Anyway I give Clint and his crew my highest recommendation.

if there's one thing i can say that sets clint and his team apart, it's caring. I've trained with a lot of other trainers. clint is the best. he calls he email he texts, even when he is too booked up to see me more than once a week, he makes sure his other trainers are doing an awesome job. it's just nice to know they are talking and thinking about my plan outside of our session time together. i am down from 280 four months ago to 210 today. i've had to but all new clothes twice, and these are getting loose. i LOVE LOVE LOVE my workouts for variety and fun. and all this from someone who is usually too lazy to push the shift key. i don't care how much you're paying, if you're not training with clint, you're getting ripped off.

This is the best team in existence. I showed up for my first appointment to have TWO personal trainers there, Clint and Erica. They did a work up on me like nothing I'd seen before (I've been to a lot of gyms and tried their trainers before). Anyway, when the dust cleared, they had a plan for me that I believed in, because they explained everything. I had to keep a food and drink journal for "A few typical days for you." Then we started changing one or two small things at a time. And the workouts were butt-kickers, but in a nice way - just enough. And fun too. I am down two dress sizes in six weeks, I feel amazing, and I never want this to stop!

I had really let myself go physically. I was always working (yes, a busy associate trying to make partner in a big law firm, sometimes working 12-15 hour days). I got together with some of my law school buddies for a Cubs game a few months ago, and all five of us had packed on some pounds, but I was the worst. I decided that no matter what, I was going to get back in shape. I signed up for a trainer at what is one of the most expensive gyms in town, figuring that would the best way. All I got was God-awful pressure to commit to long-term contracts, a few lousy trainers who didn't care about anything. They just filled in little boxes on the same clipboard they used for everyone else. I was complaining about it to my realtor of all people, and she kind of smiled and said "I have good news and bad news I know the best personal trainer on the planet, but you probably won't get to train with him." When I asked why she said Clint was probably too busy, and had a waiting list a mile long, but he also had taught some others his system. I called Clint and he fit me in the next weekend. After the first appointment, I was pumped. I don't know how to explain it, but this guy is like a mad scientist, but your biggest fan at the same time. Very encouraging without any rah rah cheerleader stuff, he's just calm but so focused and so positive. I think Clint checked more things than my doctor! Then he put me through about 20 minutes of working out. We didn't use a single machine. I had never done any of those exercises before. The next day I was sore, and then Clint called me to see how I was doing. None of my other trainers ever thought about me until five minutes before my appointment. I've been working with Clint and Christy (You're awesome too, Christy!) now for about ten weeks, and I'm a completely different person. I've lost most of my fat belly, I feel great, sleep great, and I know if I keep this up, I'm going to be in better shape than when I played HS football. I love my workouts, they are the highlight of my day. You simply have to experience this to understand it. You will never be the same afterwards.

You have been there every step of the way for me, calling, texting, always patient, yet always pushing me to do more than I would ever do on my own. all i can say is that i have never felt so supported and that a trainer cared as much as clint and erica have. since the beginning, i knew they were different. i had trainers at ballys before and all they did was put me through the same workout they put everyone else through, the same checklist machines going around a circuit. i can do that myself. this program was made especially for ME and they checked in between workouts too! none of my other trainers ever did that. when my appt was over they didn't think of me until 5 minutes before i showed up next time. clint and erica called, texted, sent emails, checked my food logs. having them make it so important challenged ME to make it so important too. they were giving me so much that i didn't want to disappoint them. so i tried harder than ever, and it worked. i have lost 37 pounds so far, and my size 6 fits good. i couldn't be happier. THANKS CLINT AND ERICA!

OK, how is this for an endorsement? I was visiting my family back in Amsterdam, after losing almost 80 pounds. Everyone told me I looked great, but because I still had about 30 more pounds to lose, I still felt fat. THEN, when I was coming back, the security guards at the airport told me I couldn't board, because after looking at my passport photo, they said "That's not you." I had to show them all my other IDs, and finally they agreed to let me go, but I could tell they were still skeptical, and they said "You need to get a new passport," because I had lost so much weight that they couldn't recognize me. I am so happy with my results! My trainers have been there with me through all the ups and downs, have tweaked my diet left and right, and after being fat all my life, I can finally feel good about my body. Thank You!

I made an appointment; Clint did a ton of tests/measurements, then walked me through a bunch of exercises. Within three weeks, my back was mostly better, now four months later, I am back to playing tennis. Yay!

I started working with Fit Chicago because one of my co workers was raving about them, and she looked great. So I signed up, and now I'm well on my way to looking great, and I rave about them every chance I get. I've had trainers before, but this is more of a system, a whole team of trainers and nutritionists working on me. I am getting fantastic results. Much better than anyone I've worked with in the past.

Now I think Clint mostly writes the programs and the trainers implement them. It's really an amazing system, and I am in better shape today than I was 15 years ago!

I lost 80 pounds! Clint is an awesome trainer. I've never seen anyone in any profession work so hard to be the best. At first I was annoyed that every other weekend or so he was flying off to some personal training convention (because then I would get one of his assistants), but two things became clear: 1. His assistants are great too, and 2. It is because he is always learning that makes him the best I've ever seen. I would have paid double the price. I'm so happy to have that 80 pounds of ugly fat gone for good!

I only did this because my doctor told me I have type II diabetes and high blood pressure, and I'm only 33! It started wit Clint doing a very comprehensive analysis, giving the information to Leticia, who wrote a 16 week program (for phase 1), and Ben training me mostly, because he was closest. All three did an awesome job. I recommend them to anyone.

I was always overweight. I tried every diet and exercise fad that came along until I was 34 years old, and nothing worked. At least not for long. I'd lose a bit, but would always gain more. I'd even used trainers in the past, but they all seemed to just do the same things and always want the session to be over soon. Clint spent almost the entire first session just asking questions and explaining what I was doing wrong, why it wasn't working, and what we needed to do instead.
We changed my entire exercise and nutrition program. Within a few weeks, I was feeling better, even though I was still fat. After 2-3 months, the pants that I used to barely be able to button were loose. People started noticing and asking me if I was losing weight.
I have been training for over three years. I've long since reached my goal of maintaining a body fat of less than 15%, and it's been steady. I keep training because Clint is constantly adjusting and making improvements, to keep me motivated, and to keep me from getting stale.
If you are even thinking about hiring a trainer, trust me and just call. You will know right away you are talking to an expert who is at the top of his field for a reason.

If you are lucky enough to train with Clint, you are in for a treat. I've told my friend he is "the nicest torturer ever." I mean that in the best way possible. Simply put, he is a master at getting more out of you than you could ever do on your own, safely, and while having a great time! After a few months, Clint suggested I try another of his trainers. I didn't want to do it, but he was going out of town and "Didn't want me to miss my workouts." He assured me that if i wasn't happy with the "substitute," I wouldn't have to pay for the sessions. I tried a few sessions with Carlie (who was amazing!), the a few with Camille, just to mix it up. Clint was right! They are both great. I love how they collaborate on my program, and work seamlessly together.

Well I started trying to get my health back, and first I went to a club and used one of their trainers (will remain nameless, as I don't like to talk bad about people). But all he did was use high pressure, try to lock me into a long term contract. I signed up, then he cancelled a lot of my appointments, and kept trying to sell me supplements. I finally asked for my money back, and they wouldn't give it to me. I had a friend who suggested Fit Chicago. When I talked to them, I didn't know how we could train in my home (I have no equipment) but they assured me they do this a lot. Wow! I never knew there were so many bodyweight exercises, and boxing drills, and rubber tubing that I thought was for girls, but kicked my butt. I'm very happy with my workouts, am wearing pants I haven't been able to fit in for years, and am never going back to the club!

I've trained with FitChicago for about 8 months now, and have lost over 50 pounds and 5 dress sizes. This from someone who hated to exercise! They went over every aspect of my health and fitness, concentrating on my workouts, my diet, and my "homework" (workouts to be done in between appointments with a trainer). Clint told me the first day that if I was ever unhappy with any of his trainers, he'd give me my money back. I have been delighted to train with three of his best - all with different styles and personalities, but all were top noth, all the way!

First rate! I've used several of the top personal training services in Chicago (and in LA before I moved here), and these guys are the best! I started with Ben, and was very pleased. When our schedules didn't match up anymore, I was very reluctant about trying another trainer, but I worked with both Leticia and Clint, and they both were awesome! Highly recommended!

You have to experience this. I always thought I wanted just one trainer for consistency), but these folks work together so seamlessly it's unbelievable. I like being able to train with one guy for a while, then switch to another woman, then to a new guy - they all have different styles, so it's always fresh and new, and never boring. First Class all the way! Bravo!
