I had an awful experience buying a car at Obrien. First, they made me get approved for a loan before I was even allowed to test drive a car. Then, they just assumed that I was going to take the car without even test driving it before hand. Well, after test driving it, I decided i wanted more than just a basic model with no radio and no air conditioning, so they told me they had the exact car I was wanting coming in on the next shipment - right color, right features, everything. So it was wait a week. Then, it was wait two weeks. Then they finally got the shipment, but it turns out they read the invoice wrong and the car I wanted was not even on that shipment. It was the wrong color and wrong year, and they were going to charge me a lot more if I wanted that one. So then, they had to send someone to go get the car I wanted, but they couldn't find the color I wanted, and so I had to settle for my 3rd color choice. Not only that, but if I hadn't found a manufacturers rebate available online, they wouldn't have even offered me any discounts, and they only gave me $400 for my trade in car. Granted, it was a POS, but still ... I wanted more for it. Then, to make up for my complete and total inconveniences, they promised a bunch of garbage extras - like all weather floor mats and some trash thing for my trunk - nothing that I wanted or asked for, and I asked for free XM radio or free vanity plates to make up for their numerous mistakes and inconveniences. I didn't think those were out of the question or unreasonable, but whatever. So, here it is, months later, and they never even called me to pick up the supposedly free garbage that they were going to give me to make up for their mistakes and the sub-par service. At this point in time, I like my car, but because of the awful service and numerous mistakes and lengthy waiting time and broken promises, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Pros: there are a lot of cars to choose from

Cons: the staff could care less if you end up a happy customer
