Had Ice Cream Planet host a fundraiser for a small Cub Scout pack. The delivery van did not show up at all, and it's been a month and I am still waiting for the commission check.
Very poor customer service - very disappointing.

I have hired this company many times for both company picnics as well as corporate parties. They are very helpful in suggesting product line and freezer types, arrive promptly at events and their customer service on and off onsite locations has been fabulous. I would highly recommend them.
