Overall I would rate my experience with Bill Jacobs Land Rover as excellent. The staff was extremely generous and knowledgeable. That level of professionalism is very important to me. I am most definitely going to recommend them to friends and family. I am very pleased with my purchase.
We had an awfully long wait after deciding to purchase the car to see the manager. Apparently you are under-staffed on Friday nights. We were there for over three hours! The manager did give an eloquent apology for our wait. It was very smooth once we got in to see the finance manager, but the wait was especially infuriating to my husband who really sees such issues as poor customer service. Overall, She called and sent a thank you card. She is very sweet and hardworking. I will definitely consult her in the future.
I really enjoyed working with the enthusiastic and energetic staff at Bill Jacobs. They have really great customer service which results in great customer satisfaction!
