After interviewing 3 different companies we chose ePageCity for our new website. We are extremely pleased with the look of the final product and more importantly the user feedback, from residents and the local community our government entity supports, has been only positive! Our webmaster quickly became fluent with the ease of the editing system and management of the site. Once our website was up and running, we immediately received rave reviews about the design, ease of navigation and appeal. We have already benefitted from offers of new business ventures and collaborations. The epagecity staff were invaluable in helping us through the design process and offered numerous and invaluable tips regarding the use and functionality of our website. The staff continue to offer technical support and assistance when we need it. Looking back, we would do it all again...we made the right choice with epagecity.

I actually took the time to sign up an account just to leave a review here... WHAT THEY ARE BEST AT IS SALES AND MARKETING THEIR SERVICE TO YOU NOT DESIGNING GREAT WEBSITES. YOU END UP WASTING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! THEY DO NOT WRITE ANY WEB CONTENT FOR YOU!!! THEY JUST USE TEMPLATES AND PASTE THE WEB CONTENT YOU SUPPLY THEM WITH!!! OH AND IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE ANYTHING LATER THEY CHARGE YOU A FEE FOR EACH LITTLE THING! I could have got a FREE TEMPLATE (they're all over the web) and designed the website myself. I feel like i have been scammed, used, dooped, you name it etc. I wish i had read this review, i would never choose them! This is how happy i am ;' (

I was referred to ePageCity by a good friend whom I respect very much. At every touch point my experience with ePageCity was extremely positive. I decided to go with ePageCity because of their creative approach to addressing the needs I have in a website. I had an opportunity to look at many websites designed by them and was thoroughly impressed. I felt that the team who worked with me really listened to what I had to say and worked very hard to give me an end product I wanted. In addition to having a great looking website, I have been really pleased with the very high level of customer service I have received. I would recommend ePageCity to anyone and when I have additional website development needs in the future, I am heading straight to ePageCity!

After months of comparing companies, I am so happy I picked ePageCity! I receive compliments all the time from clients, my competition, newspapers and others who have come across the site. From a business standpoint I am receiving a dramatic increase in calls and emails and I know it is a direct result of the content and the layout of the information on the website! I enjoyed working with the entire team. When I knew what I wanted for the site, it was implemented. When I had no idea what I wanted, everyone had the experience, knowledge and the right suggestions! I feel having a team with different roles and areas of expertise helped the process go smoothly and efficiently, which was important to me considering my schedule was so busy. The entire team at ePageCity made the task of totally redesigning our website a pleasure! They were able to take our existing stagnant and stale site and bring it (and our company along with it!) into the present. They gave gave NovaMed a fresh and inviting look and helped reposition our company image to where it should be. We have definitely noticed a better response from our new site!

After two years of research, and comparing both local and national website design companies, we chose E-Pagecity. We could not have been happier with our choice! From the sales department thru the development team and the follow-up after completion of the site the whole process was pleasant and seamless! We are very pleased with our new site. Its extremely user friendly for our customer as well as our staff. E-pagecity was outstanding at incorporating our design concepts into our new site.

I could not be happier with the solution that ePageCity provided me, and how it has continued to grow as I have needed it to! Matt and his team listened, they researched what else was out there in my sector, they made great recommendations on what we should do, and then they worked with my desires to make it happen. I loved the result! The website is also incredibly easy to maintain. It looks like I spent much more money on it than I did - and I get comments regularly from customers and vendors at how professional it looks and feels. ePageCity did an outstanding job incorporating all of our recommendations into our website re-design. The constant communication between both parties led to a smooth and quick transition from old website to re-design. The staff was very outgoing and eager, which stood out. I came to epage city after a very bad experience with another web site developer, so I was wary, to say the least. The superiority of epage city was immediately apparent. They understood what I wanted to do, offered worthwhile suggestions and developed the site ahead of the standard time frame.

"Before EPage City we were lost! When we met them their sales staff not only taught us the basics of building a website, our project staff guided us through the entire process in an extremely professional manner. They helped me complete a website that turned out to be much better than I ever expected. I walked in, said 3 sentences, and they grasped my concept immediately. I am very pleased and satisfied with my website created with ePageCity.com. The process was very simple and very professional. I had been working with 2 other website builders and spent a lot of money, and not having a final product that pleased me. Everyone I have come in contact with at ePageCity has been helpful, courteous, and supportive. After the website was completed, I asked for several adjustments on my site and they were done rapidly and without hesitation. I took the option of adding the html component to my website and I could not be more pleased, Now I have full control over the look and feel of my website. We contacted ePageCity to re-create a website for us in a very short period of time. We were quoted a time-frame which was 6 weeks and our site was completed well before that time! Not only that, but the entire process was simple and painless. Their staff worked to help us build out our content and albums very quickly and designed a very detailed site. Recently, the TribLocal reviewed our restaurant and found the site so well put together they found it pertinent to mention the "customer-friendly" design! The best part is they provide a 5 star customer service experience from start to finish and beyond, without draining your budget. I took over the web development for our company after my predecessor got bogged down with other projects dropped the ball in the middle of the project. After 14 months of dust on the project, I picked up the phone, made one call and one visit with the epagecity team and we were off and running to complete the project.
We discussed what we wanted, they made recommendations and then we created the scope of work for us and scope of work for them with a time line. We received a quote and all went smoothly, on time and no surprises. Just like it's suppose to be.
I am a computer user and have average IT skills. I received a lot of support and never felt inadequate or intimidated by anyone at any time. I was trained to manage the site myself, load pictures, wording and formatting data on the pages. They were patient and thorough in their training me. I had fun putting it together and our company team was excited to see this project finished and the site launched, ready to use.
We now have a great flexible and expanding site that has been a real value to our customers and has made it so much easier to clearly communicate instantly with inquiries of our products and services. The site gives our company a great face in the marketplace, allowing the markets to see what we can do to service their needs and expectations.
