I recently decided to get Botox between by eyes, where there is a very deep crease.. I think this is called 11's.. I was pretty nervous going into the appointment, but Leslie was Great! She is fun, spunky and confident..she did a great job making me relax, which is no easy task.
Got the Botox.. and in just a few days, I can already see a small difference.. and looking forward to seeing the full results in about 2 weeks. Thank you Leslie!!

Stress, anxiety, uncertainty ? all disappear at the Longevity Spa. How much do I love it? Let me count the ways:

What more can one ask for? --A martini? ?perhaps, but certainly not needed at this Gold Coast oasis.

Boy, was I wrong in my post from below! I completely forgot that I had made an appointment for a Botox follow up, as I was reminded when I called the office to complain that the Botox seemed to be less effective than what I expected. During my follow up appointment, I realized my own spell of complete ignorance, and how safe and smart the doctors really are here. Because some people are very sensitive to Botox, it turns out that Botox should not be dosed the same in every patient, and only a good doctor knows this. If too much Botox is given to a patient who is sensitive, there can be undesirable side effects, such as droopy eyelids. But it's impossible for a doctor to know who's sensitive and only needs a tiny amount, vs. who's in need of a huge dose, cause everyone reacts to it differently. Because I had never had Botox before, a safely effective dose was used, which didn't completely do the trick, but that's why this great group insists on the follow up appointment, with no charge! You see, as I NOW know, Botox does not start working until a few days after injections, so you don't see anything initially. Because I thought my wrinkles were supposed to go away immediately, I thought it didn't work, and that's why out of ignorant anger I wrote the post below! It turns out that the doctor was EXTREMELY knowledgable about Botox, and that it was I who failed to understand how it works. So a few days after I wrote the post below, the result had been given further time to develop, and it was NEAR PERFECT. When I went in for the follow up, the few tiny lines remaining on my forehead were injected, and this was JUST enough to make them disappear the next day! I look PERFECT!!! As for the "lump" on my forehead, it was only a mere needle injection point, which went away by the next morning! Boy, I sure feel like a goof, but I'm glad I can correct all of the mis-information. These doctors are the GREATEST, and I will not hesitate to go there again and again!

This Doctor has no idea on how Botox works. I have never been injected that much Botox. But, no results. Seems like botox is diluted with water !!! Pretty much, he inject everywhere. I had a bump on my forehead. Never never again.

What a beautiful and welcoming place! Lillian, Leslie, Dr. T and the entire staff are so warm and welcoming. I have had several, non-surgical, cosmetic procedures done and I have been very happy with the results. Leslie is always great. She has given me botox around my eyes and forehead, filler in the smile lines and laser on some dark spots on my legs and the results have always been really great. She is also very honest when she doesn't think you need a procedure so she has saved me some money. Dr. T. has removed a skin tag from just below my lower eyelashes and my neck. He is funny, gentle and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Liposuction & Cosmetic Surgery Center.

I have been going to L&CSI for over 6 years for botox, and bikini and brow waxes. i have had nothing but the best service. the staff is really helpful and friendly, and walked me through the botox procudure step by step before administering. i trust the staff completely and would highly recommend anyone considering any type of procedure to call for a consultation

For a while I have been wanting to have my lips done but have been really freaked out because so many people look scary and like ducks. I went to a few places to check it out and walked by the liposuction institute so I went in. I spoke to the doctor and the nurse. The nurse leslie has been doing lips for a long time and she explained all the different types of injections and why some are good to do and some are not. she spent a half hour with me. so I decided to do it. I felt comfortable and she did it gradually becasue I didnt want to have huge lips. so she did a little at a time until I said I was happy with the size. I am really happy that I walked by there and went in. I love my lips! if anyone out there is looking to do something fun and change their look without doing anything crazy or overly dramatic try your lips. (it also helps that they look really pretty with lipgloss).

Best Medical Spa, Best Botox,Juvederm and Facial that I've ever had. I called the office to schedule a consultation for skincare help. I received great customer service from the get-go. The appointment times were very convenient with my schedule. When i arrived for my appointment i was instantly greeted with a smile and "How can I help you". The wait to see the staff was not long at all, unlike other spas I have been to before. Lillian, the client coordinator, explained many different options they had available for my personal needs. I was given a tour and also shown the different types of lasers and medical treatments available which made me feel more at ease and comfortable. It was also explained to me in detail the ideas behind each laser and that their lasers are the highest quality and latest technology. This has been by far the best experience i have had yet and would reccommend and encourage this as your number one choice for any laser, medical, or spa treatment. I am excited to be going back soon.

The service was horrible (N. Rush location). A first impression is also a lasting one....When I first phoned; I spoke with Carol, who I think has a customer service defect! She was so obtuse! My "Consultant" spoke really fast, she seemed agitated when I asked questions, just not a friendly person at all. The doctor was nice, patient, but seems somewhat disingenuous at times. I would not recommend it, mainly for the service, but the prices were not competitive...at least for what you get in terms of service.

THIS PLACE IS A TEN. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEAN AND CALM ATMOSPHERE. ASK FOR JENNIFER SHE IS THE BEST. I HAVE BEEN GOING FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS FOR ACNE. I THOUGHT MY ACNE WASN'T GOING TO CLEAR UP BUT SHE PUT ME ON THIS SKIN REGIMENT THAT CLEARED IT UP. THANKS JEN YOU ARE AMAZING! That previous review must have been written by his daughter, who's as much a liar as he is. This doc ruined my body & lied to me about who would be doing my surgery. I can understand surgery going wrong, but this guys numbers are up there. Check him out before risking it. He's been sued more times than he has years in age. I was also told by someone who worked for him that his staff are not licensed professionals. When I asked them, they fumbled all over their words. His daughter & some girl named Carrie are both full of it. They didn't know what to say when I asked about licensing. In fact, I think his daughter recently went to nursing school. Probably to help cover his bologna!

Adult acne has plagued me for 5 years. Jennifer from the longevity spa has been my angel. She has cleaned my skin bi-monthly for the past 3 months, placed me on a skin care regimen, and has guided me the whole way to clearer skin. I am so happy I found jen and the Longevity Spa.

At 37 I had acne and wrinkles! They actually were able to treat both at the same time. My skin looks 100 times better after just 5 treatments. Ask for Oana..she is amazing. I do not think she left one black head behind.

I had liposuction with Dr. Tcheupdjian after years of thinking about it. I went from a size 10 to a 4! He is the leading doc for liposuction and breasts and he has done more then any other doctor in the world for Lipo. Thank you. My results are more then I could have asked for!

I have been everywhere and this is the best spa ever! They have the most amazing air brush spray tan that left my skin a beautiful golden brown. They personalized my facial and body treatments. I was in the coolest hydrotherapy tub after my body wrap. Plus they have VELASMOOTH AND MY CELLULITE IS ALMOST GONE! You should check out this spa. It is awesome!

I went for mesotherapy/lippodissolve. The younger MD that does the consultations has no clue what the injectable ingredients are supposed to be. It turned out they make the solution locally instead of buying the original trade mark solution 'lipostabil'. He was totally unwilling to disclose the composition of the injectable solution (which is not a top secret cause it is all over the medical literature). Instead of providing that information, he 'couldn't understand why we were discussing that at all'. Cause I am paying $350/session that's why! I simply left, I am not giving my hard earned money to pseudo-doctors that are more interested in the money insted of politely providing the information the patient HAS THE RIGHT to know!

I went in to have my breast implants replaced. I had them for 10 years and they were starting to ripple. The doctor never mentioned silcone. He just stated he would replace the saline implants I had with saline. I was assuming at the time that silcone was still off the market. My new implants are rippling worse then the ones I had replaced!
The minute I had a problem the office was very dismissive and put all of the blame for the poor results on me. Saying this was the size I requested. However, no one ever mentioned the possiblity that with increased size I would risk rippling. And I'm not supposed to be the expert!
I have sinced learned from reputable plastic surgeons that for my body type and for the size I was requesting I was the ideal candidate for silcone.
Not worth the risk!

I go to Oana for microdermabrasion. She cleans out my pores VERY thoroughly and then does the microdermabrasion. She diagnosed me with Acne. I was put on antibiotics for 90 days and given a new skin care routine. I really like the skin care and my acne has cleared up. I still go every 4-6 weeks.

I've been getting Botox for over five years and this was the first time I'd been to this place. Nice staff and friendly people but my Botox started to wear off in just under 2 months - whereas where I used to go it lasted up to 4-5 months. The sole reason being is they water it down- too bad it isn't regulated because these folks would clearly be receiving violations for fraud. For the price of the Botox they charge I will not be stepping foot in this facility ever again.

The staff is amazing and the treatments are more then just a regular spa. They customized a body and facial treatment for me to fit my needs. They are a one stop shop for spray tanning to cellulite treatments. I highly recommend the Longevity spa for anyone looking for relaxation and results. And the private skin care line they have is the best I have ever used!

I had been getting microdermabrasion treatments at a salon in New York for 5 years and in coming to Chicago I had yet to find a place I liked as much as the one back. Jen at the Longevity Spa was the most thorough and well versed esthetician I have ever had and I highly recommend her. It is also very nice to be able to see a Doctor if I ever need to for my Botox at the same time. Great Place

I regularly go to Jennifer as she is always so nice and pleasant. She is easy talk with while getting a treatment. I am a repeat customer and recommend this spa and Jennifer.

I am a repeat customer receiing Laser Hait Treatments once 1 month. Each treatment has removed 20-25% of the hair from the treated area. I am on my 5th treatment and I no longer have to shave daily almost 100% of the hair has been removed from legs and bikini area. I am so much happier to have removed the hair by laser, as I dreaded waxing. If you are interested in laser hair removal they do a great job.

I go here every 3 weeks to get acne facials. This helps my acne breakouts and removes impurities that can cause these breakouts. The facial I get is starts with a deep cleansing then exfoliation and a finally a mask. This works. I go back every 3 weeks because now I have my acne under control. I also have bought and use some of the products for sale here and this has helped me.

I go in once a month for a Seaweed Wrap, normally I see Samantha who applies the seaweed wrap. She is very nice and easy to talk with. The Seaweed wrap detoxes my body and I feel so refreshed after receiving it. Often I receive a facial at the same time. I Highly Recommend the Longevity Spa and Samantha.

I have been going here for over 3 years now. Samantha is absolutely the most fabulous aesthtician I have ever used. I have used her for microdermabrasion, facials, and dynamed therapy. She listened to my concerns and desires and made great recommendations for products to help keep my face looking young. I would never dream of going anywhere else.

I the middle of a bustling city this spa provides a relaxing experience for me with the Dynamed therapy to soothe my body and help to remove the toxins. I feel so refreshed and think so clearly after a treatment.

The Longevity Spa was one of many spa that I have visited, yet this spa was unique in one way. I had an excellent experience with this spa. After years of trouble skin, I took the advice of a friend who recommended me to Jennifer who was wonderful. She took her time, asked me questions about my lifestyle, previous skin treatments etc. She then placed me on a skin treatment regimen and I have noticed positive results after only a few treatments!! Now I have a great complexion!
