Community Cab and it's owner, Lonnie are the WORST example of Customer Service I have EVER seen in my LIFE! Lonnie NEVER returns phone calls regarding complaints and their drvier after being PRE-CALLED was a HALF HOUR llate in pikcing me up last ngith! WHYW ASN'T I TOLD WHEN I CALLED TATH THEIR WAS A SHORTAGE OF COMMUNITY CABS ON MONDAY NIGHT!? I EVEN CALLED AT 11:15 P.M. TO DOUBLE CHECKE MY ORDER AND THEY THOUGHT I WAS MY MOTHER! I SAID, NO! I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR THIS! I HAVE A RECIEPT AND I CAN GAURANTEE YOU,LONNIE WILL PAY FOR IT! TERRBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE!!!! This is the second time this has happened to me with this company! I called the night before to schedule a pick up the next morning to go to the airport. I waited and waited...called 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and was told "No one picked up that call", and that they would TRY to get a driver to pick me up. REALLY? About 40 minutes after my scheduled time, I was told a driver was on his way. In the meanwhile, I called a different cab company, which promptly sent a driver over. I was half way to O'hare by the time they called. You have officially lost my business....
