My condo Assn, used Tan Roofing to correct a problem with a small leak in the roof. the company came out and did what seemed to be a good Job. the Building even made it through a few storms. But after about 6 months the leak returned.After calling Tan to see if they would stand behind the Guarantee, the Assn was told that they did not even do the work, but for an Additional dollar amount they would fix the problem,In Short Stay Away from these Crooks.
