This is my favorite nail salon. I have been to many and non compare to this salon. They take there time to do your nails and any other service that you need done. I would recommend to make an appointment since they are always very busy.

This place has alway been jut okay. You can get at least a decent manicure that's close to home. I won't go back because of the poor customer service, and last time was the final straw! I went in for a quick manicure (which i told them i only had 30 minutes) and they sat me down to soak, said a couple of minutes... After watch 5 girls that work there talk to each other and completely ignore me for 15 minutes i walked out. I've finally had enough of their mediocre manicures and terrible attitude!

I am very dissappointed from this entire experience. I have been to many nail salons over the years and i know what to expect. However, when I got there, no one greeted me and my friends so we were just standing around for a while. The lady then started my pedi which i cant complain too much about.
Then she took me to do my mani which i had origionally asked for acrylic nails since my nails were too short for gel. The lady asked me if i wanted to do gel nails bc it looks more natural and more shiny. I said that was my origional idea but changed my mind bc i had talked to one of my friends that was getting gel who was sitting next to me. She then said she could make my nails longer using the same artificial nails as acrylic just a different powder. I found this a bit odd but i decided to give it a shot. She did the entire application as if they were acrylic.
Basically i got acrylic nails for the price of gel nails. As she was finishing my nails she asked if i wanted her to wax my eyebrows which i took it a bit offensively and that she wanted to get as much money from me as she could. I kindly refused and went to pay leaving very very little tip bc i had a good feeling she ripped me off. I went home and did my homework and saw that she definitely applied acrylic nails (my friend next to me was getting gel and she went thru a diff process than i did). Not only that but i am still experiencing slight pain in my fingernails from the fake nails (pain that you shoudlnt get and i have never experienced from prior salons). Not to mention the price was very high.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was my first time there and guarenteed my last time.

I asked for a gel full set, something I would have gotten for the first time. I wanted to treat myself, being a new mom and all. I thought something seemed strange when the tech applied a liquid and powder to my nails, and saw no gel used--after going home and experiencing substantial pain as nails 'set in,' I did some research and consulted a few experts. It turns out that I was given acrylic nails (perhaps with a gel topper). In addition to being overcharged for receiving acrylic instead of gel, I was completely misled, and my naivety was seriously taken advantage of. The nails are thick and hard, and all parts of my experience suggest that MMA was used (powerful, fruity noxious smell applied after nails were filed down electronically), which is not only toxic but prohibited for use (read: illegal) in nail salons. Unfortunately this law is not upheld enough. I'm b-feeding part time, so you can understand my horror.

On top of all of that, the tech asked me if I wanted to get my eyebrows done as my nails dried, kind of implying that they needed to be. Ugh.

I called the salon to request a refund, hoping to hash things out via phone so that I wouldn't make a scene in front of their clients. I was told to come in person, to the salon, which I did; there I was treated rudely, in front of all their customers, told that they used gel powder (which, according to every single professional info site I could find, is not the same as "true gel" and should never cost more than acrylic) and that I would receive no refund. They also seemed entirely unconcerned about the use of MMA, and then refused to discuss it.

Well, enough said.

I have been to many nail salons and never once have they successful done the designs I want. That has finally changed at Lee's Nail Salon. They took the time to fully understand exactly what I wanted before they could possibly mess it up!
