I don't know if they hung up on me or we got disconnected
bleech incredibly overpriced and not particularly friendly. rates they quoted for a simple job were more than twice that of other companies in the area. since i didn't end up using them i cannot attest to the quality of their service
They Have 4 Locations And There A rip off company with 5 complains at BBB who pretends to be local 485$ for a car key????
I contacted this locksmith based on a recommendation and the reviews thinking, "oh good a reliable business." Boy was I wrong. They never showed up for the appointment......THREE TIMES!!! The first time it appeared an honest mistake about what Monday the appointment was for but then they never showed up for the two re-schedules either. They completely wasted everyone's time.

price per lock change DOUBLED. In addition, he added a $50 service call fee that was

My experience with this locksmith was awesome. The locksmith was fast, courteous, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I was locked out of my car and had already waited on another locksmith who told me he would get there in 30 minutes. After I waited in the freezing weather for 2 hours, I called this locksmith. They got there within about 15 minutes! Dont waste time waiting around like I did.?

Recently, I asked Mr Locks to assist me by changing four locks of my old house. All the locks were too old and we were very much concerned about our house?? security. I explained the situation to their locksmith. He worked according to us and changed all the lock like we wanted. Thank you so much.
I used to call these guys whenever I had any lock issue. I never got disappointed or ripped off. last week I asked them to re key a cylinder lock and it was finished very fast. Locksmith showed up very quickly and worked really like a pro. Nice to deal with Mr Locks Security Systems.
These guys are fantastic. We had them to fix the front door of our apartment. They were so nice and reasonably priced. The lock they sold us was high quality lock and looking great after installation. I am so happy that my first locksmith is Mr Locks. Thanks
yesterday by a single act of utter stupidity I lost my car keys - in the Hudson river. Yeah. Me. I did that. iphone google search and mr locks came up. Jeff came by within minutes (located not that far i guess) and had me back in my car with a shiny new set of keys. reasonably priced, and fast service! good work Jeff! will call again for sure.

I am Brandson - There was an emergency at my home. My entry doors was locked and keys are misplaced and when I returned from office at 11:00 pm I found myself helpless. I tried to open that door with one master key but no success. Then finally I decided to call a locksmiths and I tried Mr-Locks - Soon they arrived there and after checking their license I asked them to proceed and they opened that door lock easily without causing any damage to other parts of lock. I realized that these locksmiths are really punctual and performing their job very effectively.

First of all thanks to Mr-locks team - coz now I m much more relaxed that there is atleast one real caretaker in our city - installed high security locks and glass door lock in few minutes. Their licenced team has vast experience about their work and their professionalism and politeness really impressed me a lot. They have sound knowledge about installation of high security locks and also given me some awosome tips for enhancing the security from locks. I also commisioned them work twice before this one and they alwyas proved themself as a best caring friend. I recommend Mr-locks to my near n dear ones for all locksmith n security issues.

Do not trust the "Danflo" review below; he writes reviews for this phony company. This company is not licensed. It operates out of New York and gives phony addresses here in Illinois to attract business. Its personnel are not vetted, not licensed, no PERCs, not trained. Its "President" Yaron Erez is not licensed here and the corpration is not authorized to business in the State of Illinois. Think about that. If they were to mess up your lock, your door, etc., who would you take to small claims? Who now knows how to get into your house, your business or whatever else they unlocked? Deal with licensed locksmiths; not only is it the law, it will save you headaches, money and keep your peace of mind. Want to know who is licensed? Try www.idfpr[dot]com/dpr/default.asp and look up who you intend to do business with. Caveat Emptor.
It's rare to come across a truly great service provider. Most of the time I get disappointed - high rates, untruthfulness, late arrivals, promises not kept and so on. This is so not the case with Mr-Locks.
They are old school type of services provider. Always polite, always provide quality work - never overpriced.
Don't take my work for it - try'em out...
