Beware!!!!!
Quoted me a price & I paid up front. Kept telling me that they couldn't finish & I had to come back to get work completed. 2 sedation appts turned into 5..... 3 months later they send me a statement with a Past Due amount & no explanation. (just 'balance forward'). Mailed them a letter requesting explanation, which they ignored. 2 months after that they are calling me looking for payment.

The doctors at Elite are very kind and understanding. You can tell from the time you call the office that they all really care about you. I would recommend them to anyone.
