Worst Appliance service i have ever experienced! First off they gave me a time frame from 9-1pm Which is ridiculous because i dont got time to wait around all day for them to show up, Be a little more specific. So I stepped out of the house to run down the street and come back for a second, Of course they show up at my house when i was gone, No issues there, but i left a note on the door with my number for them to call if they got their when i was gone, Well they called and i had told them i would be back in no more than 5 minutes i was on my way back which was a mile away. When i got back they had left, I called the their main line and talked to a lady who was in NO way pleasant to talk to on the phone. So i rescheduled which was my only option since they could Not wait those 5 minutes, instead of wasting their gas and time and money to come again.

So i waited a week from them to come again, again from a time frame this time from 9-2pm, Great so i had someone wait at my house for them to come.. i called at 3pm to see if they came and they said they never showed, NO call from them, No note, NOTHING! Mind you i confirmed my appointment the day prior and even confirmed the morning of! I tried calling many times and nobody answered...

What kind of company are you guys running, If of course you are a company. Which by the reviews you need to clean up your act.

If someone ever needs appliance repair ill be sure to tell them what company NOT to use.

As soon as I started using it I began to notice that regardless of the setting warm, hot, or cold it would wash on whatever it wanted to. I called them back and told them about the problem. They began to tell me how much more it would cost to have someone come out again prices for parts ect. Being cash strapped like everyone else these days I decided to put it off. Last week I decided to call them back since I have some money now to get it fixed. I set up an appointment for Monday morning between 8 and 12. My roommate was at the home to let the guy in and he was a real a-hole with 0 customer skills.
He was here for less than 5 min and said he was done. He then immediately starts hounding my roommate about payment. My roommate told him that I was a few minutes away coming back from school, apparently he couldn

One star is too much....they will not repair your item. They will not call you back when the parts are in and they will blow you off. Dont waste your time waiting that 4 hour window..contact a reliable company - there are lots out there!

Worst service and biggest waste of time ever! I wish ZERO stars was an option. The repair man came and all was great. He looked at my washer and dryer then told me they would need to order parts it would take 3-5 business days I would be called to set up installation appointment which would take about an hour. After a week went by I called them and left a message. They had not called me or my warenty company or returned my phone call. I called again the next day and was informed that they would not do the repair it wasn't covered. They had the most ridiculous reasons for refusing to do the repair. I am most irritated about the fact that they left me thinking my washer and dryer would ha fixed in a week and instead wasted over a weeks time of me being unable to use the machines before eventually letting me know that they would not repair them. Thankfully my warenty company is far more reliable and reputable and set me up with better service for the repair. The repair man either lied to me or changed his mind after leaving here. Regardless, the company should have contacted me or my warranty company of their refusal to service my machines immediately. I will never use them again and hope others will not either. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and was not surprised to see many complaints and an F rating.

I was out, told them the doorbell was broken please go around to the front. they were not happy. then the phone calls started asking if someone could pay him as he wouldn't do thejb unless he knew he would be paid. I reminded them I had never stiffed them before of course I would pay him. when he came into my house he was screaming into the phone being abusive to his receptionist. When he got on the phone to talk to me he told me he had never left a message never talked to me etc. They left without doing the job. Good riddance.
