Waterproof a Basement or Foundation

We just moved to Chicago and our basement foundation started leaking through a crack in the foundation. It was Sunday and we needed to get someone to come out and fix it before it caused any damage. After calling numerous companies, Ray was the only one who called back right away and understood our situation. He told me that he was at his father's birthday party, but could come over in the afternoon. Ray came on time when he promised, fixed the leak and cleaned up. We really appreciated his dedication to customer service and we have not had a problem with the leak since.

Unlicensed with the City to do Concrete Work

checked him out with city of chicago's 311 to see if he was licensed before calling him to come out & he wasn't licensed to do concrete work. I have come across quite a few on this site & decided to warn evryone on the ones that I have come across, before it is to late & somone gets burned by them
