      .

To the point and just the facts:

-The staff was helpful and nice.
-The bathrooms/showers were clean. The showers were warm and the flow was full. Nice.
-My son enjoyed the pool area.

This is the part that makes my review just "OK":
-The campground is located in the middle of an industrial park. Not a very outdoorsy setting. Diesel trucks from one of the businesses in the park started up early in the morning, much earlier than I had wanted to be awakened.
-SEVERAL freight trains run on the nearby tracks SEVERAL times each night. Of course, we all woke up every time one went by. Another sleep annoyance.

There was no way to know before reserving our site about the exact location of the campground. No mention (of course) was made on the KOA website of loud diesel trucks or freight trains! I can see on the map that the train tracks are near it; however, common sense of where one would open a campsite area would dictate that the tracks would not be running all night!

      I would not recommend.

      .

First time we stayed at a KOA. We had a large group and made reservations 3-4 weeks in advance and cards was charged the 1st nights stay the day we made the reservations. Then they made the mistake and thought we were a scout group and after we were 1/2 set up came and told us we would have to pay more because of their mistake. No apology just wanted more money.NO CAMPFIRES, what is camping without a campfire???? Quit time is from 8pm to 9am??? Would not recommend this campground to anyone.
