If you are BLACK.... they want you too STAY BACK. I visited there lot on 2 separate occasions. Once to buy a car cash, I had about 20K to spend. I walked the lot so long I just ended up going into the used car trailer they had at the time (they were in the middle of some construction), and once there, I could not get a salesman or manager to even look my way.

They are very stuck up there and full of themselves and the sad part is I make more money then them. Most of these car salesman and managers are broke as hell but fell because the work at a BMW Dealership that they are better and that they have the right to Judge people.

My wife an I went to there lot again today to drop another 30K on a 370z convertible and once again, there were literally 4 salesman in a corner under a tree smoking and looking at us.

The only reason I went there is because they were the only dealership that was fairly close to us that had the convertible 370z.

This place is a joke and they will never see a dime of this Black mans money. I am going to post this on yelp as well. As a matter of fact, I am going to go back to to this racist ass place and get this experience so that you all can see and place it on youtube.

Get ready for a social networking PR Nightmare.

All my black brothers and sisters, do yourself a favor and do go here. Woodfield Lexus down the street is much nicer and they know how to treat people.

Simlar experience as mentioned by another reviewer. Bait-n-switch! There guys are liars and disrespectful to the core. If you want to feel insulted and lied to just because you want to own a BMW then go to Patrick BMW.

Take your hard-earnerd dollars and business to some place else. Stay way from sales person named Luca Lacovella! That guy doesn't have the minimum decency or courtesy. I have lodged a complaint with BBB about Patrick BMW.

We were shopping for a used 2010 BMW and liked couple of cars.
We narrowed down to two dealerships one of the being the Patrick BMW dealership on 700 East Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173

On Saturday June 12, 2010 we went to the first dealership and almost finalized the deal.

I called the Patrick BMW dealership and talked to the sales person Luca Lacovella to see if he could beat the price since they had cars with similar features and mileage,

This sales person, Luca Lacovella immediately said that he could beat the price by almost $2000. So we left the deal there and drove for an hour to reach Patrick BMW.

The sales person Luca Lacovella showed some cars on the screen and we selected the one we liked to test drive. On his computer screen it showed that the car had around 7900 miles but while we were test driving I noticed that the car had 11000+ miles.
That??s almost 40% higher miles when compared to what was shown on the screen! Outright lies! If you are not careful you will be tricked for sure!

When asked the price he said that he would stick to the price that he quoted on the phone and maybe lower a little for the extra miles on the car.
When we sat down to finish the deal, guess what, he increased the price by more than $2600 and said that he cannot go any lower. When I asked another senior sales person about the miles, he replied that the systems might not have been updated. Yeah right! These people think that they can just fool customers.

when I asked him, Luca Lacovella , why would he lie so outrageously and wasted our time if he could not go lower, he got extremely rude and THREATEND to call the Police.

His exact words, 'I will call the police if you are going to talk to me like that. This is my house, you are in my house!"

Is this is the way to treat a customer who wants to give you business of $40,000? And that too in today's economy? This is the most humiliating experience I have ever had in my life.

I never used any foul language when I confronted about his lies and that was his response. I talked to his boss but the response was cold and eyewash (namesake) sorry. They don??t care about customers, no matter who you are and don??t value your money or business.

I would never do business with Patrick BMW again and I strongly advise you not to.

The only things you can expect from this dealership are THREATS, LIES, DISRESPECT, HUMILATION, RUDE MANNERS, YELLING and INSULTS.

When we have such great customer service even for an item that is less than $5, is this the kind of service you expect when you are willing to spend thousands of your hard-earned dollars?

Don??t waste your time, you are better off taking your money and business elsewhere. It is a shame that these guys are dealers for luxury cars and yet don??t have an ounce of courtesy or common sense toward potential customers. I regret to having chose to do business with Patrick BMW.

I have complained to BBB and also to BW North America about the conduct and the threats so that no else go through the humiliation and insult.

I saw some negative reviews online and avoided this dealership when I was in the market for a BMW 328 xi.

After making my purchase through Patrick BMW, I feel like I should have gone to them earlier!!

Other dealers were either not eager to put in an extra effort (Iam first-time BMW buyer) or they didnt like the fact that I had done my research about pricing online.

Angelo, the salesperson at Patrick was very friendly, straightforward and gave me a great price at the get go. Except for a small delay with dealer transfer (may be not the dealer's fault), the purchase experience was very pleasant. In fact, it was the first time, I had a no-hassle purchase experience with car purchase (bought 3 cars so far and have been to 12-15 dealers so far).

THIS IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN ILLINOIS! STAY AWAY! My husband and I went there over the weekend to pick up a new car for him and when we got there, what we were emailed about pricing and bottom line was not the case. Not to mention, the Manager could not have been any ruder and disrespectful to us! We had a check all ready to go and they let us walk away because they pulled a bait and switch on us! My fiance' has an BMW that I drive often. All maintenance invoices are in his name. Dean the manager of the service department has my fiance' cellphone number and his work number, which both of them do allow access to voicemail . My fiance' has instructed Dean to call him for any matter. Dean the service manager has continue to call me sharing invoice amounts and to inform me if my fiance' is not at work.
The company has my number because I always pick up the vehicle from the loop area where my fiance' works. In the past, the drivers would drop off and deliver to our home, which I am told now ,that the drivers do not want to come this far.
Since the vehicle has been service at this facility, I noticed additional miles on the vehicle as though someone had been driving it. The vehicle had been returned with a scratch on the lower fog light and a broken shield. When snow tires were placed on the vehicle they did not seem rotated and I was stranded on the expressway with a flat until help came. Dirt prints were not wiped off interior, sometimes the vehicle was not returned with a courtesy wash, after service there were still problems with the vehicle.
The last upseting situation ,was when I was called by the driver stating that he could not deliver the vehicle because the door handle was broken, which was not broken before it was delivered. Then ,when I met up with the driver in order to get the vehicle, it was delivered with the gas light on stating only 3 miles to go. The driver stated that his $10.00 gas cards were empty.
I do not know if this is Schaumburg BMW normal service or Poor Manangement. I plan to further voice my complaints.

I bought my BMW from Patrick and haven't been disappointed! The staff there is just great! I can just drive my car up to the service department anytime and they are quick and ready to help.
