The sign out front said "drive in for service" - but the garage door was closed an nobody could be bothered to open it. I decided to park and walk in, and the only clerk I could find told me to drive in again.
I was instructed to pull into "Bay 4". I did.
I then proceeded to wait for nearly 25 minutes without having my existence acknowledged. Each time I tried to get someone's attention I was told "...uhh... we're kinna busy right now..."
After nearly half an hour - I got back in may car and attempted to leave - but the garage door was closed again. I got out of my car - found the switch opperating the door on the wall - and threw the switch myself. I drove away.
When i got home, I looked up the number and called to complain. The peron answering the phone responded with "..um..I guess..we're real busy"

terrible service...

my battery was under warranty & they refused to replace it... saying it was still good. i took it to 2 autoshops, both of which confirmed it was indeed the battery. warranty means nothing! battery died after 11 months and i had to replace it elsewhere!
