Weaver manages our townhome community. They are always condescending when you discuss your needs and rarely offer a solution.

I recently bought a condo in the South Suburbs. Before I even bought the condo I noticed that the hallways were falling apart (paint peeling off all the walls) and I asked my real estate broker to look into this. She looked into it and was told by Weaver that they were in the process of fixing the hallways. Once I moved in I called them to get details about what I needed to do (condo paperwork, setting up electricity/water, etc.) Every person I have talked to has been extremely rude & bothered by any questions I had. They have yet to fix the hallways.

It makes me wonder where all the association dues $$$ they are getting is going to considering that they do NO maintenance on the building besides cuting the lawn. Now I am stuck wotj them and I am going to have to talk to the other people in my building to see if there is anyway to change to another property management company.

I totally agree with the other review (posted a month ago) about how rude they are (and YOU pay THEM). From the second they pick up the phone they have a nasty attitude. I try my best to be friendly on the phone but it doesn't make any difference, they just want to get me off the phone. I just can't believe that they can get away with treating their paying customers like garbage. I guess that people just figure that they are stuck with them and just send their $$$ each month. And now it appears that the building that I just bought a unit in is going to just keep getting worse since they do nothing to keep it maintained. If I would have known about this I probably wouldn't have even bought the condo, but I never thought that the property management company would be a big enough factor in deciding whether or not to purchase the property, I guess I was wrong.

Take my advice and avoid them at all cost. The only thing they care about is getting their $$$ from you every month & doing as little as possible to make sure they keep getting it!

Works with our townhouse association, and is very hard to deal with. They have been rude on the phone every time I have called to request information, as if they are doing us a favor instead of us paying them for a service.

If you are looking for a management company I would look elsewhere as Weaver really isn't worth the trouble.
