From the very first meeting with Jerri, my anxieties as the mother of the bride were quelled! Food, fabulous choices, even something the father of the bride would eat which was no easy task in our family The flower options were endless. The decorations breathtaking! My daughter and I were in awe of all the options and how pretty everything was. Venues were a concern of ours as well. We chose the Mt Holly Grand Hall and it was gorgeous! A perfect fit for us. Spacious, elegant, and yet a touch of yesterday. The attention to detail was unbelievable! I cant begin to tell you what a comfort it was to my daughter and me knowing that all the details to her wedding were being taken care of. We didnt have to stress over anything! My daughter got to choose everything she loved from flowers, decorations, invitations and table linens which really set the stage for beautiful reception. The linens are even ironed!!!! Who does that these days??? Table Dcor and More does!! Every detail at the wedding was to perfection. Candle lined aisles at the ceremony with incredible flower bouquets at the alter. The reception has was fit for a princess ball! Candle lit windows, sparkling chair seat covers which put a sparkle in everyones eyes Sparkles on the candle lit centerpieces with stunning flowers! But I have saved the best for last, the staff for Table Dcor and More were some of the nicest folks I have ever met! Accommodating does not do their attention to detail justice, not to mention how polite they all were. Every single one of them! I would highly recommend using Table Dcor and More for your wedding. This is one of the most special times in your lives. It was in mine having only one daughter, and I would not have changed a thing.
I am a transplant to the Charlotte area, just like many others. I was nervous about planning a wedding while I was working 40+ hours and my family and bridesmaids weren't close by to help. I got the name of Table Decor and More when I booked my reception hall. I was amazed that it was a one stop shop. I was able to get my food, flowers, dj, photographer, bartenders, cake and decorations
all through one place. I was nervous at first because the cost was so much cheaper as a package, then the quote I had received from a local catering company for just the food. I thought maybe it was too good to be true. Well this was one time that I am glad I took a chance and went for it. Jerri was awesome and so was her entire team. The photographer that we worked with was phenomenal, the food was delicious, centerpieces were gorgeous, cake was amazing. I can't tell you how wonderful everything turned out. It was the best feeling to have a flawless gorgeous wedding and be able to save my family a ton on the cost! Jerri did an outstanding job with everything. She is a perfectionist and it shows. I was married on May 8, 2010, and I had a fantastic wedding and reception thanks to Jerri Patterson! I had heard about Table Decor & More while attending a friend's wedding in 2008. I was absolutely in awe at her reception. Everything was so impeccable, and the food was delicious. So, when I became engaged a year later, I had to meet with Jerri because I wanted that same kind of experience for my future husband and myself.
Since I was never one of those girls who had every detail of their wedding planned practically since birth, it was very nice to sit down with someone like Jerri who has lots of wedding experience. It took a while for me to decide on colors for the wedding, and Jerri was very patient with me. I also had to make changes on flowers and other decorations a couple of months before the wedding, but Jerri was very understanding and helpful.
When I first started planning my wedding, I was truly amazed and overwhelmed by all of the details that go into creating a wedding/reception. Thankfully, Jerri was so proficient and had so much to offer with her company. She was creative, had lots of ideas, and was very honest with me.
Since my fiance and I were paying for the wedding, we needed to know what everything was going cost up front so that we could have everything paid for before the wedding. Jerri created an awesome wedding that fit our budget, and the payments were spread out so that we could pay for it easier.
One of the best things about planning with Table Decor & More was having one person to oversee and take care of EVERYTHING. That was truly priceless! On my wedding day, I just wanted to be able to show up without a care in the world and enjoy everything, and Jerri delivered that for me.
When I walked inside the reception room at the hotel prior to the wedding to see what everything looked like, I felt like I had stepped into a fairy tale. Everything was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined in my best dreams. I actually stood there and cried tears of joy. Thankfully, I had not had my make-up done yet for the wedding!
During the the reception, countless people complimented the food and the decorations. Many people that night told me that it was one of the best weddings that they had ever been to, and I have to agree! My husband and I are still talking about it....especially the food. I??m shocked by the negative reviews that were posted. I think the ladies who gave Jerri one star were bridezillas who wouldn??t be happy with anything. I mean they admit that the food was delicious and dcor was beautiful, yet they gave Jerri one star? I don??t understand that. I also can??t believe they thought Jerri was rude. I did not have that experience at all. Jerri has a bubbly and friendly personality. Everyone really enjoyed having her at the wedding.
I was living in Baltimore, planning a Charlotte wedding and I was very lucky to find Jerri. I found that from the beginning, Jerri was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a LOT of help. We exchanged emails and phone calls and met only once. Jerri handled everything. I was so stress free!
On my wedding day, I was totally happy. The food was so good! The dcor was absolutely spectacular. Everything was even better than I had envisioned. All of Jerri??s staff was friendly and service was excellent. I put a lot of trust in Jerri to make the magic happen and she definitely delivered.
In response to a negative reviewer - I did not mind that Jerri had her brochures/cards at my wedding available to guests. I noticed that many of my guests had taken them. Obviously, a great sign that they were pleased and wanted her information.
Oh, there was one snafu. Corsages and boutonnires weren??t distributed to groom, fathers, mothers, grandmother. I have to admit that I did not miss them. It would??ve been hard to overlook bridesmaids without bouquets but I didn??t have any bridesmaids/groomsmen so I think this situation was easy to overlook. I mean, I overlooked them as well! Jerri did offer a full refund for those flowers.
I can understand one of the reviewers who said she wished she had an itemized list of items and prices. It is hard to know exactly what cost what and how much money went into flowers vs. food vs. cake, etc. But the way I looked at it, I was paying Jerri to coordinate all the details of the wedding and it didn??t matter how the money was allocated so long as everything was done. I had a small budget and was surprised how Jerri was able to stretch it. It looked like a high budget wedding. The centerpieces were so amazing!
I have pictures and I??m willing to talk to anyone who is wondering about whether or not to use Jerri??s services. (Jerri has my contact info). I am definitely 100% pleased that Jerri planned and coordinated my wedding. SO many people complimented my wedding and said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they attended. I have no regrets about using Jerri and if I had to do it all over again, or had another party to plan, I would definitely use Jerri.

2-14-09 my husband asked my hand in marriage. we had already been together 9 yrs to the day of our engagement. Regardless, I wanted a BIG, ELEGANT,FUN, wedding.
I had some off the wall ideas and requests. Jerri Patterson took it all in( and probably a nerve pill or two haha) and got to work. She worked on my wedding from April '09 until the day we wed, May 8, '10. I consider my taste to be elegant, with a very wild streak. something had to be "WOW!" this wedding as a whole had to be "WOW!!" Jerri and her team did not disappoint.
As you can imagine with a little over a year to plan this event, I thought I had my mind made up on everything from the beginning, and I did:) but i changed my mind on everything except the wedding dress and the man.umm, ok, Honestly , I changed my mind on everything ,like,6 or 7 times!! Jerri may have wanted to strangle me at any one point, but she sure didn't show it.Finally I decided (firm) that Black and White Damask was the theme and my flowers were jade roses for a great pop. We were married at The Stowe Manor in Belmont, NC. We said our vows at 6:30 in the evening and our fabulous reception followed immediately after at the same venue. I arrived the evening before to stay the night at the Manor, and saw that the tables and chairs, linens and such were already perfectly in place.
When I woke in the morning of our wedding day I saw from upstairs a flurry of activity, like a well oiled machine, Jerri and her crew were bringing in all the center pieces, and bar glasses, plates, etc.. It was amazing to watch.. They almost silently put all the "puzzle pieces" together before my eyes. A dream became a vision in front of me!! Then it seemed like minutes later I was already dressed and waiting on the go ahead because I could hear the song that I was walking to playing.."Bittersweet Symphony"....Game time.
After the kiss, my husband and I were whisked away to take a breath and realize what we just did. Immediately we were approached by a team of people who catered to our every single need or want. My guests all received the same attentiveness, the food (Filet Mignon,among one of the choices of many) was Superb. Better than even my own expectations. The D.J. and Photographer, Quin and Tammy Stancil were the best ever!! They captured all the important moments one would expect, and moments I didn't know they got! They kept the party going so well, I wasn't sure the party was gonna end!!
My flowers, and cake....I dont know where to begin. Our cake was chocolate, with white butter cream fondant.Jerri had put our Black Damask theme to work so well all over the venue, even on the cake!! It didnt just look good , it was sooo good. I dont even really like cake but it was amazing! I could really go on and on and on, but I think I have written enough to get it through to a potential "Jerri's Bride" that if your considering her, go talk to her!!
If your not looking to be extremely happy with the results, then Jerri Patterson may not be right for you..
You know your wedding was a blast when your on the way to your honey moon, and guests are already calling you to tell you that "Your wedding night was the best night of THEIR lives!"

Probably the best wedding I've been to ever! I can say that because the only thing I did was hire Jerri Patterson to plan it.She arranged for everything from flowers to food to DJ and photographer. I found the owner of Table Decor and More to be organized, knowledgable, professional and lots of fun. She used her experience to make sure my daughter had exactly what she has always wanted - a dream wedding, while making sure that I could still afford my mortgage after the big day was finished. The food, the decor, the flowers - everything was perfect. The wedding cake was delicious - no cardboard taste!
The Stancils , DJ and photographer duo, did an excellent job. Kept the party going, captured the spirit of the event in photos, and were a fun couple to hang out with. It seemed like every time I turned around, Jerri's husband was checking with me to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. The staff is excellent! They were prompt, professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this service. My friends are still talking about what a good time we all had - and that's the whole point!

Jerri worked with me for an entire year in planning my dream wedding with a small budget. She took the time to help me choose custom linens in which she made and made it possible to have my favorite flowers despite my budget. It was very convenient to have one vendor to take care of everything from flowers, centerpieces, linens, glasswear, cake, catering, dj, bartender, boquets and bootiners, and photographer! Everything turned out just perfect. Only thing I would have changed is it would have been cool to do cake testing and such and itemizing the contract to really see and compare the savings of getting all services in one place.

It amazes me that one bride would go throught so much trouble to try and discredit what I feel is a company that was a god-send to myself and my family. Jerri showed me these reviews, and it is apparent that 3 of the bad reviews were done by one bride, and that the bride says the food and decor were wonderful. It appears she just didn't like the owner. Luckily I had the same results for my wedding and reception -a bsolutelu top of the line, I couldn't have asked for more - all my dreams are fulfilled, and jerri was the reason. She took all my calls and returned e-mails rapidly, I always felt she was available to me. She did so much more than we contracted for. We were on a tight budget and couldn't afford any outside decor for the ceremony, but when I arrived it was covered with an orchid garland that was amazing! She upgraded my linens, and the food - everyone went back for seconds - and there was still food left. This company works great as a team with Jerri in charge - she is the Captain and makes sure that everything,sown to the salt and pepper shakers are all in the perfect positions. I am a real customer, happy to speak to anyone with hesitations - I had my dream wedding and did in within my budget. I hope every bride that reads this will know some brides will complain no matter what, but there are so many brides that have worked woth Table Decor that will give you the real scoop - turst them!

This owner, Jerri Patterson, is pathetic. I gave her $7,000.00 to do my wedding. And I must say, the wedding decor and flowers were beautiful, but the photographer was 2 hours late and Jerri Patterson was a NASTY person to work with. Her staff was nice and friendly, but she was rude and abrupt. I wrote a review stating these details about a month ago, and she somehow erase my comment and put something else (I attached below). Also, other bad reviews were "mysteriously" gone too! She is trying to keep her ratings up, with deception. Wow...that is pretty sad, because she knows she has ruined hundreds of weddings, and instead of changing her character, she wants to continue to deceive people by taking their money and in return giving them her rude and hateful attitude, and in the case of the other reviews I read before she deleted them, horrible service too. Be careful if you work with Jerri Patterson. I did have a great wedding, but like I said in my erased review...I would have rather had a horrible wedding than have ever worked with her! Her staff does the wedding magic anyway. Oh, and before her reviews were "manipulated" her score was 2 stars. If you write a review on some other sites, she will erase and "modify it" so use this site. Be honest with her, because truly her reviews will not get better until she deals with her character issues.

I used Jerri from table decor and more for my wedding and only so many things can I say. First off she did an wonderful job with all of the food and the decorations! The set up for the reception was breath taking! There were only a few flaws that I came accross and that was how she spoke to people at times. She is very easy to deal with but has a small problem with the tone in her voice. Some of my guests noted that they felt like a child when being spoken to by her. The DJ was sub par, did the job but you might be able to find better elsewhere, the cake was beautiful and tasted yummy!. I would reccomend her but be firm with the things you want. She can be a bit pushy with her "years of experince" other than that my husband and I were satisfied. I would give her a 5 on a scale of 1-10

Jerri Patterson at Table Decor & More handled every aspect of our wedding day. We only had to meet in person with her once and made the decisions on everything - it was so easy. We stayed in touch via e-mail and phone call, and Jerri was so easy to reach - I had responses to e-mails almost imediately.When my wedding day arrived, Jerri and her staff were there for us 100% It was just like we plannned and so much more. The food was delicious, the flowers fresh and beautiful and the decor was beyond what we had dreamed. I had gotten 3 other quotes on doing everything - of course I had to get them from like 20 different companies - no one but Table Decor does everything - and they do it all at their shop the quotes were several thousand dollars more, and were not even for items as high in quaIity as I received from Table Decor. I would receommend this company VERY highly. I have all ready referred several of my friends, and they are all using Table Decor - you get a great value, personal service, and so much more than you pay for. I think every bride should consult with Jerri - they will be happy they did

WOW!!!Jerri and her staff at Table Decor & More handled EVERYTHING for my wedding.Catering, all plates, glasses, beautiful linens, chair covers, centerpieces, DJ - he was superb - photography, Flowers - gorgeous - even did hair and make-up! The day was totally smooth. Jerri also directied the wedding, had everything arranged at rehersal and got everyone down the aisle on time and the ceremony went perfectly!! She did ask my minister how long my ceremony was-worried about the heat. My minister was not at all offended - he gets that being outdoors in August, HOT!. My Cake was the Masterpiece - gorgeous, very unusual, and yummy. The food was excellent - many people went back for seconds, and there was plenty of food. I will give rave reviews to anyone who asks, and have told all my friends what an easy, fabulous experience I had with Jerri and her staff. I couldn't have done it without her. I know some brides are never satisfied, and that is really sad - I totally enjoyed my day. The staff was absolutely great - so attentive, all our needs and our guests were fulfilled with smiles. The DJ actually downloaded an entire list of songs I wanted played, in the order I requested, which was alot of extra work, and did not charge extra, he also played the music for the ceremony, and again, no extra charge. Jerri added many extra touches that she did not even charge for. I had a huge beautiful centerpiece on the food station, that I did not pay for, she said it was her gift to us. It was amazing. I can not say enought great things about Jerri, her staff and this company - they were a dream come true!

I just recently used Table decor and more for my wedding. I'll start with the good b/I have to be fair. The food and decorations were wonderful. That's about as far as I can go. My ceremony was wonderful but the reception was awful! First. i paid i think it was 400 dollars for a wedding coordinator which was explained to me as a separate person who would simply help with the rehersal part. Well the owner herself is that individual and let me explain that she ran through it ONE time which was abt 10 mins and i paid 400 for that? Not only was that a sham, BUT my grandfather officiated for us and in the middle of him telling us what he was going to do for the ceremony the next day she interrupts him and rudly says what he wants to say is not necessary bc it was going to 98 degrees outside and nobody would really care. That was the frist rude strike. One of our groomsman had a last name that she could not say and instead made a rude joke calling his last name F@g! I was so embarrassed that she would do that. The morning of the wedding i Gave her some last minute things including the bag for the dollar dance. (i am from the north so this is normally included in the reception w.out saying) she rudly said "You are doing a dollar dance" I said yea! She said "Well you didnt tell me this?!" I proceeded to tell her its nothing to worry about I'm sure the DJ can handle one song. Then she continued with more attitude after already upsetting me in front of my bridesmaids telling me "By the way you didnt order a registry table so you will need to ask the hotel if they can find you one" It was very sumg the way she spoke to me. I couldnt believe how rude she could be after all I was the client. I paid for a service not for a 7000.00 dollar attitude i could get from a 16 yr old. By the way reception is only 4 hrs even if you paid the hotel from 7am to 11 at night. She is clearly not able to handle the stress of being in weddings. She talked down to everyone including my family!

My husband and I hired Table Decor & More for our June wedding. We were excited about the "all-inclusive" service. Not worth it! I will say-the food was great and the reception was beautiful. But the owners attitude was horrible, the cake was the wrong color, not cooked and had to be thrown away. 3 guests stated they thought it was spoiled. My pre-ceremony(pre-paid)pictures are w/out flowers because they were late with them. The owner states this is due to me changing the time of the ceremony, which I NEVER did.Guests left my reception because she was so rude to them. Multiple guests have said that they felt like they were in grade school and in trouble by the tone she set at the reception. I had one guest ask for the end piece of pork from the carving station and was told " it tastes the same all the through" and the piece was NOT served to her! When their time frame was up they trashed all my flowers w/out asking if I'd like to keep them. My cake (although wrong color & not cooked) was very pretty, but during the cake cutting she took a ribbon that was around the layer and tied her hair back with it. In front of the entire reception! We were told that we could not take any of the left over food home (not even a basket for the bride and groom)due to Gaston County Health codes, which is fine.BUT-I'm sure serving spoiled or uncooked cake is a health code issue as well. The list goes on but I have limited space here so what I want to stress the most is:I emailed the owner(Jerri Patterson)a complaint letter and instead of responding in a professional way she let her staff respond to us and my sister(who also wrote a complaint to her). They never once offered an apology. Instead we received very inappropriate emails making reference to my guests,family and us (ex: a staff member calling my guests names, one called my dad"drunken father", and Jerri herself made reference to our financial status). Go with another company and avoid the humiliation!
My wife and I were married on December 16th of this year. We used Table Decor & More for EVERYTHING. I was so relieved to find a place that could take care of all aspects of the event. I will go thru all they handled and rate it so you can choose what components work for you. Overall we were extremely please with everything and would use this company again for any type of event.
Food: Excellent - all was good & there was lots of it
DJ: Did introductions also, good variety, played to the crowd - I liked the set up was simple - no tacky mirrors or lights
Bar: The Best - bartender funny, friendly & remembered what you were drinking - one of the best parts of the wedding
Photos: Don;t have them back yet, but photographer seems knowledgeable and did lots of non-standard shots
Cake: Beautiful & Delicious - very moist
Tables: We had Silver Satin with an organza overlay - beautiful - we also did chair covers with bows - centerpieces were canles with greenery and roses around them - the lighting was perfect
Flowers: No skimping here - My wife had a hand tied rose bouquet - it had 36 roses in it and she loved it - the large arrangements for the church were huge and had all kinds of different flowers in them.
We also ordered invitations and the gifts for the wedding party thru Table Decor (which she gave us at cost) they were to us in 5 days! We could not have been happier - someone asked us what we would change if we went back, and we can honestly say we would change nothing - it was perfect!!

I am Jerri Patterson, owner of Table Decor & More and just thought I should write to give viewers an explanaion of the bad review I have on this site. I do not know who wrote it, since if it was a bride, I think she would have complained to me, so it may have been a guest, but I wanted to address the issues in the review. My bartender does not wear a hawaiian shirt - it is a bartending shirt - (really cute if you ask me) it has a black background with beers from around the world on it - I think the bar and bartender should be a really fun part of the wedding and the shirt represents that. I believe most all bartenders work with a tip jar - have had one out at every wedding I have done for 10 years, never had anyone ask or com-plain about it, and certainly no one is required to leave a tip in order to get service. I also have a 6" tall butler that is holding a tray that I place out with business cards on it - either at the bar or drink station, this is so that anyone asking for a card can be directed as to where they can be found - again a standard practice in catering.As for the centerpieces - this one really confused me, since I have photos for all brides to see of each centerpiece selection I have, so she obviously
saw a photo of what it would look like - if you have hurricanes with a candle on the table with greenery and flowers around it - where else would they go but on the table? I LOVE doing weddings and can give out a hundred names of brides that have been thrilled with the convenience of what I do, and the

PERFECT DAY! Not one problem, the flowers were beautiful, linens and centerpieces looked gorgous and the food was fabulous. With the one-stop shopping, I had my wedding planned in 2 hours and could just enjoy my engagement.The owner Jerri Patterson, always returned e-mails and phone calls promptly. I had my wedding at Stowe Botanical Gardens and it was a beautiful place to do a wedding - sometimes hard to get a hold of, but turned out great! You just have to book it early as they are booked for saturday nights a year in advance!
For a 7 p.m. Saturday wedding, the caterer's bartender wore some kind of casual Hawaiian-style shirt (rather than the white shirt we would expect) and set out a tip jar and a display of business cards on the bar. The caterer brought only one dinner plate per guest so we had to re-use our plates if we wanted to revisit the buffet stations. I had been told that the flowers would be placed in an arrangement around hurricane lamps on each table; they were in fact placed directly on the table. The one-stop convenience of this service doesn't compensate for the lack of professionalism. So if you want an elegant and memorable wedding, find another caterer.
