Chris Leith Kia

I just traded in my Kia Sorento for a 2014 Sorento at Chris Leith Kia and felt that it was a great experience. My salesperson was Julie Halvorson and she was very good! She listened to what I said I wanted and did not want and then steered me toward my current car. She offered suggestions for another car since they had some trouble finding my car, but I did not feel "pushed" at all to purchase a car, which I liked. When the car, in the color I wanted and with the extras I wanted. Julie was then able to find me an excellent interest rate! Overall, I waas VERY impressed!

We recently purchased a Kia Optima from David Jones at Chris Leith Kia. After a terrible experience with another local dealership, we contacted David at Chris Leith Kia in Wake Forest. David was very informative, courteous, and friendly. He went above and beyond to assist with anything that was asked of him. Chris Leith Kia is fortunate to have a salesperson like David. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the negotiations, both on our trade and the new vehicle price, were straightforward and fair. Chris Leith Kia has a nice showroom, a spacious sales lot, and extremely clean facilities. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do yourself a favor and contact Chris Leith Kia!

I have had my GM vehicles serviced at Chris Leith Chevrolet and now Kia, for years. I have always had excellent service, great results and reasonable charges. Mark Parkin has been my service advisor throughout this time and always is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, reasonable, and frankly, correct on the diagnoses. I have had some difficult to solve problems on my older Buick over the last few years, which my local neighborhood service garage wasn't able to correctly diagnose. But the techs at Leith along with Mark, have gotten it right each time. Mark is the go to guy.

Purchased our 2012 Kia Sorento from John Marble with Chris Leith Kia in Wake Forest. This would have to be the best buying experience I've every had. John was right there with all the information we needed to make our choice of this fine vehicle. The dealership had a wide selection on hand and it was easy to find the exact model we wanted. The extras the dealer included after the sale was a welcome surprise. I would reccomend this dealer to anyone looking for a Kia or one of their used vehicles.

I didn't buy my Sorento from Chris Leith, but their service team is the only ones who have ever touched my car. And I am very happy with that. I appreciate receiving coupons via text or email, I appreciate that the service tech's know me by name when I go there. They work with me to make sure I am happy with the condition of my vehicle before I leave there facility, any noise I hear they ride with me to find out what it might be and fix it immediately to my satisfaction. I will continue to recommend Chris Leith Kia in Wake Forest's service team of Adam, Marcel, Gonzalo and Victor to anyone, kia owner or not

I have been taking my Yukon to Mark Parkin and his mechanic Gilbert Cunningham for service every since I bought this vehicle.
I moved closer to Raleigh approximately 2 years ago but I still take my Yukon back to Chris Leith, Mark & Gilbert for service. There is a GMC dealer within 1/2 mile from my home but I drive the 15 miles to Chris Leith because of the excellent service I get

I had a terrific experience at Chris Leith. I had a "very" used van to trade in and wanted to buy a car within a very restricted budget. The salesman was terrific. He stayed within my budget without trying to over sell me. He listened to what I was looking for and worked with me every step of the way. I could not be more pleased.

Do not believe the ad you see on television for Chris Leith Kia in Raleigh NC, leasing for $99.00 a month. It appears to be a scam. I called first before driving there and asked about the deal. I explained I had a older auto to trade and would that be a problem. I was told it was not a problem and they had many Kia Souls in stock. I went there with research in hand, wanting to discuss the lease only to find 1. There are restrictions on the deal, 2 not all trade ins qualify and 3. they sold the last car they had at that price. We then discussed the price in the ad and the price they quoted was $3000.00 over the price. When I asked to see the dealer invoice they were not very forthcoming and printed what seemed to be an invoice, but I do know I did not see an invoice price on the sticker. I voiced my concern on their business practices to the sales person and manager, but even though they were sorry I was not happy, I get the feeling they were just trying to get me out of the showroom.

The salesman sold us a van and lied to us. The manager wouldn't uphold the items that had to be done according to our paperwork. They were very difficult to deal with. I will not ever go back to this location. We do go to the one in Wendell with much better luck!

After our second child was born, we decided to invest in a minivan. Chris Leith Kia was very patient to work with, no pressure. Discussions about financing, trade-in, etc. were handled well. I would recommend them without hesitation.
